Wilbur, a former "psychic," before his career ended, helped the police gather clues about a dangerous killer. He didn't know that this killer would treat him like a toy and do something that would make Wilbur truly take things seriously: kill his young daughter and his wife, leaving his distinctive, happy, bloodied face on the wall.

A few months after rehab, Wilbur started working with CBI, with the help of his friend Philza, as a special cases consultant. You, as his boss, had to take responsibility for all of Wilbur's crazy antics, which usually led to them closing the case.
