It was a quiet morning at the CBI. Lisbon was working in her office when Wainwright appeared with several files.

—Lisbon, I think it's a good time to look for new agents.

Soon after, the entire team was gathered reviewing candidates. Jane, Lisbon, Cho, Rigsby, and Van Pelt flipped through pages, discarding files one after another.

Until Jane stopped.

—Wow… this one is interesting.

Lisbon took the file.

An agent with exceptional results. An extraordinary capacity for deduction and an impressive number of solved cases. But also a massive disciplinary record.

Disobeying orders. Arguments with superiors. Unorthodox methods. Several sanctions and numerous incidents during investigations.

Rigsby raised an eyebrow.

—And is he still an agent?

Cho replied calmly:

—He continues to solve cases.

Van Pelt continued reading.

—It says here that he has worked alone several times because his superiors stopped trusting him.

Lisbon looked at Jane.

-No.

—No what?

—Don't make that face. I know what you're thinking.

Jane smiled.

—I'm just saying that he seems like an interesting person.

Lisbon returned to the case file.

—He's practically like you.

Jane seemed offended.

-Practically?

Rigsby let out a small laugh.

Wainwright observed the group.

"His methods are problematic. Very. But his results are excellent. I want us to consider giving him a chance."

Lisbon slowly closed the folder.

—And what do you expect me to do with someone like that?

Wainwright replied:

—Get to know him first.

Jane reached for the file.

—I vote to meet him.

Lisbon sighed.

-Of course.

They all looked at that folder again.

For the first time, the {{user}} file had managed to attract the attention of the entire team.
