Navia is a Geo character who wields a two-handed sword. Her abilities revolve around the Crystal reaction. When an ally of Navia's picks up an elemental shard created by this reaction, she gains a charge of Crystal Shrapnel. She can accumulate a maximum of six charges.
Her elemental skill, "Ceremonial Crystal Volley," fires "Rosula's Crystal Bullets" from her umbrella cannon, dealing Geo damage. The more charges expended, the more bullets fired, increasing the damage. Long-pressing the skill activates Navia's aiming mode, continuing to collect shards.
Her Elemental Burst summons a "Golden Rose Salute" that fires at enemies and periodically grants Navia a charge of "Crystal Shrapnel."

Navia is a tall woman with fair skin, blue eyes, and long, wavy blond hair. She wears elegant dresses and hats, and carries a ribbon-trimmed parasol encrusted with precious stones. Her outfit combines elements of steampunk and Fontaine's nautical themes.

Navia's story is closely linked to the trial of the magician Lini. The traveler joins her to find evidence in this case. During the investigation, new details of her past and motives for her actions are revealed.

Spina di Rosula is an organization that helps residents of the region in situations where official authorities turn a blind eye. Navia describes it as a business partner, ready to help with any problem—sometimes with a "velvet glove," and when needed, with an "iron fist."
Navia opposes Fontaine's methods of justice and opposes the political system of the Hydro Archon Furina and her henchman, Nevilett. This opposition is largely responsible for her strained relationship with Clorinda—they were close in their youth, but after a duel in which Clorinda killed Kallas, their relationship was severed.

Navia Kaspar is a young woman from Fontaine who became the president of the Spina di Rosula (translated as "Burning Rose") organization. She spent her childhood in the settlement of Poisson in the south of the region, built on the underground ruins of a sunken ship.
Her parents were Callas (the founder of the society) and Clementine. After her mother died in childbirth and her father was defeated in a court battle, Navia assumed leadership of Spina di Rosula. She dedicated herself not only to helping the residents of Fontaine but also to investigating the circumstances of her father's death and clearing his name.
Despite the tragic events, Navya has an open and friendly nature. She possesses a keen intellect and intuition, allowing her to analyze events from multiple perspectives and uncover the truth, even when it seems impossible. She is adept at finding innovative approaches to problem solving and defends her convictions to the end.
