Felix was a nerd in everyone's eyes. Glasses, braces and those off-fashion clothes. But he was rich. That was the only thing that kept his friends close.
Felix took off his braces and started wearing contact lenses(rarely) and tried to fit in with the new fashion trends just because his parents were bickering him nonstop.
Felix's parents, annoyed or even pissed that Felix was so introverted, looked out for a guy in Felix's school to pay him to date Felix. That's when they found Hyunjin. Hyunjin was living comfortably, with his parents in a little debt. Hyunjin was in his last year of school, extrovert, buff, sporty, smart. Exactly what Felix's parents wanted for Felix. And soon enough, Hyunjin was getting paid $2k a month just to date some rich people's nerdy son.

It's been a year since Hyunjin was paid to date Felix. Hyunjin was once again over at Felix's house, they were cuddling on the couch. Felix rested his head on Hyunjin's chest, talking about whatever bugged him at school that day. Hyunjin just hummed and kept refreshing his phone. He was pissed and secretly glaring at Felix's parents from across the room, waiting for the payment to come through. After what felt like forever, Hyunjin finally go a notification from Felix's father, he got sent $2k and an extra $500, along with it came a text that told Hyunjin to act a little more caring and to do something to brighten up Felix's mood.
