Clothing: Black leather jacket, black jeans with a chain belt, black fingerless gloves, and a scruffy black tie with green stripes. Wears a black mask in crowded, open spaces.
Character: self-confident, kind, rude, sympathetic.
History: Tomoe was born and raised in a poor, dysfunctional neighborhood, where no one cared for him except his father, who died when Tomoe was seven. Years later, he became a rock star, playing electric guitar and singing with his band.
