Queen Krio, Archon of the Snows.

Hair: Long, silvery-white. She used to wear it loose. Eyes: Light blue. Their distinctive feature is their snowflake-shaped pupils.
Ears: Pointed. This detail hints at her connection to the elven race.

Character: her complex and contradictory character, distance and isolation, tragic selflessness, pragmatism and readiness for tough decisions, purposefulness and strategic thinking, tragedy made her cold and decisive, before she was kind and gentle.

Piero is the leader of the Fatui.
Appearance:
Face and mask. He has angular, rather menacing features: a sharp, straight nose and low-set eyebrows. The right half of his face is covered by a black mask, decorated with gold and blue patterns.
Eyes. Pierrot has light blue eyes, and his pupils are diamond-shaped.
Hair. He has gray hair. It's neatly combed back, but a few strands fall onto his face or chest. He also has a beard.
Clothing. His appearance combines dark and light tones—white, blue, and black. Under a long dark cloak (sometimes described as a fur coat) with a fluffy black fur collar, he wears a business suit. The design of his clothing references the uniforms of Russian boyars of the 16th and 17th centuries: long, dropped sleeves with a special opening for the arms and a fur-trimmed collar.

Tartaglia is the eleventh harbinger of Fatui.
Appearance: Clothing. Mostly a gray suit: a jacket with an asymmetrical fastening and trousers. The jacket is often half-unbuttoned so it's easily visible. Hair. Short, slightly tousled, reddish (orange) in color.
Eyes. Blue (sometimes described as dull blue). Black boots and gloves complete the look. Accessories. On his right shoulder is an aiguillette with a red stone, attached to which is a scarlet scarf draped over his back. He also has an earring with a red crystal in his left ear.
Fatui Mask. He usually wears the red mask shifted to the left side of his head.
Character: His character is bright, contradictory and very dynamic, obsession with battle and strength, passion and love of risk, charismatic unpredictability, duality of nature, directness and a kind of honesty.

Pantalone is the ninth harbinger of Fatui
Appearance: Hair. He has curly, shoulder-length black hair. The ends are dyed a dark purple (ombre). He also has a long strand on the left side.
Eyes. Due to severely deteriorating vision, he often closes them. When he opens them, they are a soft violet (blue-purple) hue.
Glasses. He wears glasses with silver frames. They are attached to a chain adorned with blue gemstones.
Clothing. He wears a black coat with a fur collar. The interior is decorated with a purple and white scale pattern. Underneath the coat is a black turtleneck. Near the collar are six gemstones (three on each side), and just below that is another gemstone in the shape of a "V."
Rings. There are five rings on the left hand, and one on the ring finger of the right hand.

Signora-Eighth Harbinger of Fatui.
Figure and features. A tall woman with very pale skin. She has white (platinum) hair and light gray eyes with a lilac tint. Part of her hair is pulled back into two buns shaped like roses. She wears a black Fatui mask of an unusual shape—it covers her right eye. A dark red earring is visible on her left ear. She wears a white bodice with dark accents and a long, muted skirt with high slits. She has separate long sleeves and dark, long gloves. Over her clothing is a cape-like cloak lined with dark red (wine-red) fur.
Character: Restrained elegance, Confidence in one's own strength, Coldness and ruthlessness, Arrogance and haughtiness, can be fragile under this mask of coldness.

Sandrone - Seventh Harbinger of Fatui
Appearance: Sandrone has light brown hair and blue eyes. She is often described as resembling a porcelain doll. She wears a Victorian-style costume: a short dress in red, white, and black, accessorized with a ribbon cap. On her head is a headdress reminiscent of a kokoshnik. A red ruby ​​hangs from her neck. Sandrone's pupils are shaped like gears, emphasizing her deep connection with mechanics and automata.
Character: vulnerable under a mask of toughness, restrained in emotions, harsh and arrogant, obsessed with research and mechanisms, cold and detached.

Scaramuccia - The Sixth Harbinger of Fatui
Appearance:
Figure and face: A slender young man with a slender figure and rather pale skin.
Hair: Short, indigo (dark blue), it covers the ears.
Eyes: Blue, with expressive bright red eyeliner.
Clothing: The overall look is inspired by traditional Japanese attire. He wears:
a black short-sleeved shirt (it has a crest on it that resembles the Electro symbol);

large black belt pouch with purple check pattern.
The hat. It has four upward-curving hooks around its circumference. Two decorative accessories are attached to the back with red threads. A translucent black veil, divided in two, hangs from the back. On it, you can see the character "惡" (meaning "evil") and brown ombre swirls at the bottom edge.
Character: complex and contradictory: it is a mixture of cruelty, vulnerability and deep resentment, irascibility and sarcasm, cunning and duplicity, cruelty and sadism, arrogance and contempt for others.

Pulcinella is the Fifth Harbinger of Fatui.
Appearance: Hair and moustache. Gray, quite lush.
Glasses. Round.
Nose. Pointed, quite large—many draw a parallel with a bird's beak.
Clothing: His outfit combines the style of the Fatui Harbingers with business-like elements: a long dark blue coat with flared sleeves trimmed with feathers, baggy blue trousers, and long, flared boots. Another interesting detail are the gloves with pointed pieces of fabric.
Ears. Also pointed. This is a reference to his origin: Pulcinella belongs to the race of elves (house spirits).

Harlequin - The Fourth Harbinger of Fatui
Hair. She has short hair, mostly white, but with some black streaks around her face. Part of her hair is pulled back into a ponytail, which also has a few red streaks.
Clothing: Her outfit combines formal and contrasting colors. The main element is a white tailcoat with red cuffs. Underneath are skinny black trousers and black high-heeled shoes. The design features numerous silver and red details, and there are blue accents on the hips.
Eyes: black circle with a red cross (no pupil).
Hands: black.
Character: Cold and calculating, ruthless to enemies, reserved and collected.

Columbine - The Third Harbinger of Fatui
Build and skin. Columbine is a woman of average height with pale, fair skin.
Hair. She has long black hair that fades to pink at the ends. It's tied into two ponytails in the front and held in an X-shape with a white ribbon, and left loose in the back.
Eyes. She keeps her eyes closed most of the time, under a "mask." But when she opens them, you can see that their color is very similar to pearl: with blurred light blue pupils and a crescent-shaped highlight beneath them.
Clothing: She wears a white and light blue dress that looks a little oversized. White ribbons are wrapped all over her body. She has wing-shaped hairpins on her head and chest.

Dottore is the second harbinger of Fatui
Hair. Wavy, light blue, medium length, combed back.
The mask. Key detail: black, pointed, beak-shaped. It covers the eyes. This shape is a direct reference to the plague doctor masks of the 17th century, which perfectly complements the image of a mysterious and science-obsessed character.
Clothing. A long white frock coat (sometimes described as a "coat") over a blue shirt and tie. A raven-like accessory hangs from the shoulders, and a wing-shaped detail hangs over the right shoulder.
Accessories: Lots of glowing light blue elements throughout his look. He also wears black gloves with blue palms and baggy black pants.
Personality: A mad genius and scientist. He is obsessed with knowledge and the pursuit of power, striving to "improve" people and approach the level of the gods. To achieve this, he is willing to violate any ethical norms.
Cruel and immoral, Dottore is indifferent to the suffering of others and uses people without hesitation as material for inhumane experiments.
A cold pragmatist. He is guided by personal gain and logic, building relationships based on transactions and mutual benefit.

Captain - The First Harbinger of Fatui
Build: Tall and fairly large man.
Hair: long, black - a few strands escape from under the helmet and fall onto the shoulders.
Eyes: Dark blue (some descriptions call them light blue).
Face: Hidden beneath a helmet. According to the story, it is disfigured and in a state of decay—a consequence of the curse of Khaenri'ah. The character himself mentions that his face is "in a state of decay," which is why he almost never removes his helmet.
Now about the details of the costume and helmet—they add a gloomy and knightly feel to the image:

The helmet is black and silver with gold lining along the edges. The lower part is pointed and silver, covering the lower face. On the front of the helmet is a gold four-pointed star with dark gray triangles (this symbol is associated with Khaenri'akh). Small gold chains hang from the sides.
Under a dark gray winter coat (with metal fittings and dark blue fur on the collar) is a black jumpsuit with gold chains.
