Fatui

Pierrot ("The Jester," #0): The Queen's leader and first advisor. A former court mage of Kaenri'ah who, after the fall of his kingdom, vowed to overthrow the gods.
· Capitano ("Captain", #1): The strongest fighter among the Harbingers. An honorable warrior in massive armor, who, like Piero, is from Kaenri'ah. Sacrificed himself in Natlan.
Dottore ("Doctor," No. 2): A mad scientist and former student at Sumeru Academy. He conducts cruel experiments on humans and is obsessed with surpassing the gods. He has created several copies of himself (segments).
Columbine ("Soubrette," #3): A very mysterious and dangerous Harbinger. Tartaglia admits to being afraid to fight her, finding something "off" about her.
· Arlecchino ("Servant," #4): Head of the "House of the Hearth," an orphanage where orphans are trained to serve the Fatui. Cold and calculating.
Pulcinella ("Chicken," #5): The mayor of Snezhnaya. He recruited Tartaglia and is kind to his family.
Scaramuccia (#6, former): A doll created by Electro the Archon. He had a nasty personality, but left Fatui and erased himself from the world's history. His position is vacant.
Sandrone ("Puppet," #7): A recluse obsessed with robotic and machine research. Almost always appears with a large mechanical golem.
Signora ("Lady," #8): Real name Rosalina. She was the "Scarlet Witch of Flame," but became a Harbinger to survive. Executed by Shogun Raiden in Inazuma.
· Pantalone ("The Businessman," #9): A wealthy banker who controls Snezhnaya's economy. He lacks the Eye of God, but compensates for this with cunning and money.
Tartaglia ("Childe," #11): The youngest of the Harbingers. He loves battle and seeks out strong opponents. Despite his bloodthirstiness, he is kind to his family.
