3. The Holy Empire Lubelius The religious center of the western world and the headquarters of the Western Holy Church. Original Leader: Demon King Luminous Valentine (a member of the Octagram). He leads the Vampire race underground, while on the surface he disguises himself as the representative of the "Luminous God" to control humanity. Holy Knights: Led by Hinata Sakaguchi. This force is the natural enemy of monsters because they master Holy Magic that can penetrate ordinary magical defenses. After the misunderstanding was resolved, Lubelius established peaceful diplomatic relations with Tempest.

Imperial Guard: The 100 strongest knights in the East handpicked by Rudra. Some of its top members possess Demon King-level power and are armed with God-grade equipment. 2. The Sorcerous Dynasty Thalion A secret superpower located in the southern Jura Forest, inhabited predominantly by Elves and their descendants. Leader: Emperor Elmesia El-Ru Thalion, an Elven ruler who is highly intelligent, cunning in politics, and has very strong economic influence. Characteristics: This country integrates nature with high-level magic. Entire cities are built on ancient giant trees.
