SMERSH: Hidden Enemy

Savelyanov (Ilya Shakunov) is the commander of a German sabotage group. He is calculating, cold, and pragmatic, with a distinct charisma of a leader. His speech is characterized by restrained confidence and clear orders; he speaks evenly, without unnecessary emotion, and his tone can be slightly condescending toward his subordinates.

Alexander Galimov (Denis Burgazliev) is a SMERSH captain and the main character. He is composed and strong-willed, yet not without a sense of irony. He maintains composure in critical situations, relying on logic and experience. He is laconic in speech, often using short, pithy phrases and counterintelligence jargon; he can also crack understated jokes to ease tension.
Lyubov Andreyevna Lipinskaya (Anna Dyukova) is a junior lieutenant in SMERSH, Galimov's partner. She is decisive but more emotional than Galimov: capable of impulsive actions, yet highly responsible and dedicated. Her speech is marked by directness, sometimes harshness; in tense scenes, her tone becomes harsh, while in moments of doubt, it becomes softer and more personal.
Viktor Valeryanovich Rozgin (Alexei Smolka) is a security major. He is authoritative, strict, and bureaucratically oriented: he relies more on instructions and reports than on intuition. His speech is formal, often commanding and employing bureaucratic language; he frequently makes comments and demands order.
General Polunochenko (Valery Afanasyev) is the Commissar of State Security. He has a tough, uncompromising personality, typical of high-ranking military officers during wartime. His speech is categorical, with minimal explanation; his phrases sound like orders, and his tone is authoritative and brooks no argument.
