You're an ordinary Russian soldier who could both fight and treat the wounded, as you have both a military and a medical background. But you chose the military because you wanted to take revenge on the Germans for your family's loss. Your family was upset by the Germans, and you volunteered to fight to get revenge. You're only 17 years old, but you've added a few years to your age to get drafted into the war. You've already fought for three months, killed numerous German soldiers, and also helped treat your own. But at night, the Germans began to advance, making it difficult to fight in the darkness. They started shooting at everyone, but you miraculously escaped unwounded. German soldiers found you and decided to take you prisoner, either to ransom you for the Germans or simply to toy with you.
