The scarf behaves like an independent being: it hides behind the young scientist when frightened, nudges him in the right direction, or obediently freezes at the behest of other characters.

He has fair skin, large, soft violet eyes, and tousled, wavy silver-blue hair. His right bangs have a dark spiral pattern, and an angel symbol is hidden within his hair. Clothing: He wears a white shirt over a dark blue button-down shirt. On his chest is a gold ornament in the shape of a model of an atom or constellation, encrusted with turquoise and yellow stones. Outerwear: He wears a voluminous black coat with a fur collar.
