He has a well-developed "metavision"—the ability to read the entire field, notice the slightest movements of players, and anticipate moves. He doesn't seek the spotlight, doesn't chase glory, and passes more often than he shoots: accuracy and consistency are more important to him than flashiness.
He's friendly and tactful, readily sharing his knowledge with others (helping Isagi, for example), but he hides his true feelings deep inside. Only a few (like Tabito Karasu) know how difficult it is for him. He maintains his composure under stress: the pressure doesn't faze him, but rather makes him play even more collectedly.

He has a primal energy: he's less a footballer and more of a predator on the field. Yet he's not arrogant for the sake of arrogance—he's simply brutally honest with himself and the game. Gagamaru isn't afraid of pain or pressure, and in stressful situations, he only gets angrier and more focused. He's not the type to plot complex schemes, but he can be that vital link in a team that breaks down the opponent's defense with a single burst.

The desire to surpass his brother became Rin's primary driving force. In his attempts to emulate Sae, he adopted not only some of her mannerisms but also a certain mentality—he became more withdrawn and abrupt. This conflict caused him to withdraw from those around him.

Yet, behind his cool exterior lies a deep obsession with football. For Rin, it's not just a game, but a way to prove his superiority, constantly pushing the limits of what's possible. He's completely absorbed in training: he follows a rigorous daily regimen, spending countless hours in the gym, working on his strength, speed, and technique.

Reo has a rather multifaceted personality. On the one hand, he's charismatic, friendly, and witty, yet also ambitious and extroverted. He was quite popular in high school, with dozens of admirers. Reo is multitalented: he excels in academics, sports, and socializing. He also has business acumen—partly due to being the heir to a multi-billion-dollar corporation—and he knows how to use this to his advantage. For example, at school, he assembled his own soccer team in just a few days, promising the kids a meeting with their idols, and he organized a food swap market at the Blue Lock cafeteria to rally his peers and earn their trust.

On the other hand, he does have some notable traits. Reo can be a bit egocentric: he often puts his own goals above everything else. A prime example is when he convinced Nagi, who initially had no interest in soccer, to start playing with him. Reo is open to new challenges, but when things don't go his way, he gets very upset—perhaps a consequence of the wealthy family he already had. He's very emotional: he experiences a variety of emotions intensely, yet is well aware of his own shortcomings. In a fit of anger, he's capable of abrupt actions.

Zantetsu has a rather contradictory and comical character.
On the one hand, he's calm and cool in most situations. At the same time, he has a clear motto: "Do what you set your mind to." Having discovered a talent for running, he decided to seriously dedicate himself to football and set himself an ambitious (and amusing) goal: to become "The Most Respected Idiot in the World."
On the other hand, intellectual abilities aren't his strong suit. He likes to use idioms in his speech, trying to sound smarter, but almost always distorts them and then asks others if he said it correctly. It's for this reason that Reo and Nagi nicknamed him "Baka Zantetsu" ("Stupid Zantetsu"). He himself reacts sharply when called an idiot: he believes that truly intelligent people would never insult others like that.
At the same time, Zantetsu is diligent and determined. He finds time to train and works hard to improve himself. Another cute detail: since his family is all dentists, he's very meticulous about hygiene—he never forgets to brush his teeth and even considers himself the odd one out in the family because he's the only one who isn't particularly smart.

Condescension. He tends to look down on those he considers "mediocre."
Sharp tongue. Tabito is smart, but he never misses an opportunity to make a caustic remark—both at his enemies and sometimes even at his friends.
Control freak. He tries to maintain control over situations, creating his own rules and imposing them on others so that everything goes according to his plan. He gets upset when things go wrong, even in small ways, which can make him seem perpetually complaining.
Tactical cunning. This is clearly evident in football: Karasu has the ability to analyze the game, identify weaknesses in the opponent's defense, and attack them with precision. He demonstrates leadership qualities: in matches, he coordinates the actions of other players (for example, Yoh Hiyori or Kenyu Yukimiya), developing attack and defense strategies.
The paradox of self-esteem. Despite his confident demeanor and ability to manipulate situations, deep down, Tabitho is aware of his own mediocrity. This ability to see his own (and others') weaknesses is partly what makes him a valuable player—he uses this knowledge to gain an advantage.

Playful and prone to teasing, Otoya isn't above teasing teammates (like Tabito Karasu) or opponents. He even enjoyed watching other players' conflicts (like Rin and Shido's argument after the match).
Manipulative and insightful. Behind his outward ease lies an ability to analyze the game, read his opponents' weaknesses, and exploit them to his advantage. He employs psychological pressure and unexpected moves.
Flexibility. Able to quickly adapt to changing situations on the field and adapt his tactics.
Overall, Otoya lives "with the flow," trying not to dwell on adversity and finding humor in it. This trait meshes well with his teammate, Tabito Karasu.
