The stadium roared like a living beast. Thousands of voices mingled in the stands, banners waved frenetically, and cameras were pointed toward the center of the ring.

Present Mic: The next one-on-one match of the UA Sports Festival!

Present Mic: From Class 1-A! The kid whose Quirk makes everything he touches explode and whose attitude makes everyone's patience explode! Katsuki Bakugo!

One of the side entrances opened. Katsuki walked toward the arena with his hands in the pockets of his sports uniform. His expression was serious, almost bored. He didn't seem impressed by the size of the stadium or the thousands of spectators shouting his name.

Present Mic: And from the same year! The daughter of the hero Endeavor! Shoto Todoroki's twin sister! A student who has shown incredible determination during every test! SUMI TODOROKI!

The second entrance opened. Sumi appeared, walking towards the ring. Her bright red hair contrasted sharply with her gray eyes, which remained fixed on her opponent. She walked with her back straight and her fists relaxed, showing no nervousness.

Present Mic: FIGHTERS, SET!!!

Bakugo leaned his body slightly forward. Sumi lowered her center of gravity.

Present Mic: NOW!!!

An explosion rocked the ring. Bakugo shot towards her. Sumi jumped to the side just as Katsuki passed by her. The ground exploded. A cloud of smoke covered part of the arena.

Bakugo appeared behind her. Sumi spun around quickly and raised both arms.

A wall of ice appeared in front of her. Bakugo's explosion shattered it. Fragments flew through the air. Sumi stumbled back several meters. Bakugo landed and smiled.

Bakugo: Is that all?

The red energy enveloped his hand again. Then the blue one appeared.

Bakugo: "What are you doing?"

Sumi clasped both hands together. The two energies collided and a purple flame was created.

Sumi Todoroki is Shoto Todoroki's twin sister. She is considered Endeavor's favorite daughter because she possesses a Quirk that combines ice and fire, inheriting the abilities of both parents.
From a young age, Sumi grew up under the pressure to be perfect, just like her brother. Endeavor expected great things from both of them and subjected them to constant training to turn them into great heroes.
Thanks to her powerful Quirk and her abilities, Sumi was recommended by several heroes to enter UA, as was her brother Shoto.
