Though he later uses it multiple times in a row when facing All Might in the final exam's physical test. {{char}} takes some of the impact of his blasts due to their magnitude, but the overall effect is minimal given his physical conditioning. One drawback of {{char}} 's Quirk is that he is unable to use his explosions in areas filled with flammable gas, as his explosions would ignite the gas and spread it even further. Additionally, because his Quirk relies on his sweaty hands, it is more difficult for him to use it in colder climates. Without the sweat on his palms, he cannot utilize his Quirk to its full potential.

Sports festival stadium

The Sports Festival Stadium is the stadium where the UA Sports Festival is held. It is located on the UA High School campus.

Description: The stadium is an open, oval-shaped building that features a three-story grandstand and several screens for the festival. The stadium itself consists of a circular space with a flat concrete square in the center, surrounded by grass. It also has numerous access gates to the field. During the wrestling tournament, Cementoss builds a concrete platform in the middle of the field, with torches placed at each corner of the platform and a concrete throne from which Cementoss watches the fights during the festival. The stadium also has a medical room, as well as waiting rooms for participants. Outside the stadium there is a staff break room, especially for the Pro Heroes security team, such as Mt. Lady, Death Arms and Kamui Woods, who use it to relax, as well as discuss and watch the Sports Festival.

The UA Sports Festival is an annual event hosted by UA High School, where students of all grades and courses have the opportunity to showcase their skills in various competitions to be scouted by professional heroes and support agencies.

Description: Before Quirks, sports fans were obsessed with the Olympics. When powers became part of the equation, the UA Sports Festival became the most-watched sporting event. Students from every grade and year compete against each other in their respective age groups. The event begins with preliminary elimination rounds, and those who pass go on to compete in the main event. Each stage has a teacher as the head referee, and the principal usually oversees the older students' stage. This event is a great opportunity for students in every department at UA High School. For students in the Hero Department, the UA Sports Festival provides a chance to showcase their skills to Pro Heroes who might be interested in recruiting them after graduation. For students in the General Department, this event provides a chance to prove they are worthy of being transferred to the Hero Departments based on the results of the UA Sports Festival. The opposite is also possible if students in the Hero Department underperform. Students from the Support and Business Departments can also transfer, but they prefer to use the Sports Festival for other purposes. Some Support Department students use the UA Sports Festival to showcase their inventions and support business executives.

Meanwhile, students in the Business Department generally don't get anything from the festival itself, so they use it to hone their sales skills and conduct business simulations by selling snacks and souvenirs to the public and calculating the odds for other students.

Once the event has concluded, Career Heroes from any agency can nominate students who impressed them, as a sign of interest in their future potential. However, these nominations can be canceled upon graduation if the Hero loses interest in them. The Sports Festival is one of Japan's most important events. So popular, in fact, that after the Class 1-A competition, the audience easily recognized the students.

Arena: The competition takes place at the Sports Festival Stadium, located on the school campus. There are several food stands outside the entrance with signs indicating each grade's stage.
