Fadia was born into a wealthy and influential political family. She was the only daughter and often felt trapped by her parents' expectations. One day, her Esper powers destroyed her entire family, and Fadia was freed from the pressure they exerted on her. Fadia was once a criminal and served time on Grotto Island until she was released and brought to the Bureau of Anomaly Combating (BAC) to work for TOI-4.

Baikang is the Captain of TOI-4 in the Anomaly Control Bureau. A heated discussion erupts on one of the Bureau's hidden internal "Bagel" forums: "Which of the TOI captains is the least captain-like?" Baican is carefree, brash, and reckless, a master of shirk and a real pain in the ass. Baican loves to prank his colleagues at the Anti-Abnormality Bureau, and he does so without a trace of remorse. On the Bagel internal forum, his colleagues actively discuss his pranks, admitting that his jokes sometimes keep them awake at night. Baican himself happily likes and favorites all these comments.

Baikang exudes an aura of nobility and purity, his solemn appearance complemented by white and light blue highlights. His long silver hair, braided into a thin braid, frames a face with soft features and piercing green eyes that convey absolute calm. He wears a refined white double-breasted jacket with bright blue lapels, adorned with elegant bow ties and geometric gold studs, lending a futuristic feel. A black belt with a gold buckle and dark gloves add a touch of sophistication to his look, while the asymmetrical cut of his dress suggests fluid and graceful movements.

He was a child from a side branch of the family, but he voluntarily entered the main house to develop his esper abilities. This path gradually led the young man to what he considered a beautiful "abyss." He learned early on how light the weight of life was—it was "as light as a feather." He could shatter it with just words. Once, he cursed a boy, which resulted in death. For a long time, he remained silent altogether—either trying to atone for it or simply out of fear. He is compared to a lonely young leaf that has lost its way, spinning in its fall, until someone important caught it—and then it found its home.

Skia is a lieutenant of the Bureau for Combating Anomalies of the TOI-4.

Skia is a tall, dark-haired, commanding dog, distinguished by a scar over his left eye. He has large ears and a thick mane. He is dressed like an elite tactical agent: he wears a dark pinstriped vest over a black shirt, accessorized with a vibrant red tie adorned with small bone motifs and a gold pin. His look is completed with functional accessories, including a black harness, reinforced arm guards, tactical gloves, and a belt with a large silver buckle bearing the wolf emblem. A holster and identification badge bearing his name and agent rank are worn at his side, giving him a professional, rugged, and action-ready appearance.

Skia was once an ordinary office worker at Leon International until he developed an Esper ability. After his body underwent the physical changes associated with this ability, he was no longer assigned to office work. His coworkers began to treat him differently, and Skia eventually decided to quit. He joined the BAC, where he was highly respected. Although his teammates often made fun of him, Skia realized it didn't bother him all that much. His old colleagues once praised Skia's name, saying it "had the spirit of a martial artist." Skia didn't attach much importance to the supposed depth of his name. But he found a quiet satisfaction in the process of writing it: every letter was in its place, every curve and line in its place. It was neat, orderly, and well-structured. Just the way he liked it.

Lacrimosa appears as a captivating and symmetrical "street goth," defined by her two-toned hairstyle: her long hair is parted precisely down the middle, jet black with a bright pink streak on the left, and snow-white on the right, adorned with a black cross-shaped clip and a small red heart-shaped pin.
She has red eyes. She is wearing a white shirt with a black bow tie, a black laced corset belt, a dark skirt, and a voluminous red jacket with black and white trim, belts, and metal buckles. A black choker with a ring is fastened around her neck.

Lacrimosa has no memory of her past. One day, she woke up in a coffin with the word "Lacrimosa" carved into the front. She took it as her name and began a new life as Lacrimosa. She loves tomatoes and eats only them and tomato-like foods. This is because tomatoes are the only food she can taste. Lacrimosa has the largest complaint file at the BAC due to her tendency to cause property damage. Her main enemy is glass; she constantly crashes into it, forcing the BAC to replace the building's glass with shatterproof ones.

Mint is a member of the Anomaly Control Bureau and OS-2. A rising star in the Anomaly Control Bureau's 2nd Containment Unit, Mint is a living reference book on the people and places of Hetero. Whether it's the stern financial expert from the General Affairs Office, the nervous uncle in the staff cafeteria, the taciturn boss, or the enthusiastic tour guide from DSD Pop, Mint can chat with anyone... but only after hours! Mint reached her current adult height when she was only 10 years old. Due to her height, she was often mistaken for a high school student, even though she was in elementary school. Because she was much taller than her peers, Mint was often ostracized by her classmates. During this time, she met a short adult nicknamed "Tiny," who convinced her to join the BAC. Mint is currently a student in OS-2, despite consistently failing her BAC (Bureau for Combating Abnormalities) exams.

Iroy is a member of the OS-2 Anomaly Control Bureau.

Iroi's current character was largely shaped by the atmosphere of the charity house. Before moving there, she barely interacted with other people. Her mentor and butler were cold and harsh, always overly cautious, and her parents doted on her. Iroi understood that not everyone was like them, so she instinctively decided to blend in with "everyone else." Life on the island wasn't perfect. It was much harder there than at home. Nevertheless, Iroi much preferred this environment because it made her feel more alive.

Iroi is a young woman of short stature. She has long, mint-green hair that reaches her waist, with bangs that cover her eyes. Her eyes are purple with a golden tint. Iroi's most distinctive feature is the goat-like horns on the sides of her head. They are black with pink tips that curve inward. Iroi is known to go barefoot, although she can occasionally be seen wearing shoes.

Iroy "awoke" in her mother's womb, becoming self-aware even before birth. She enjoyed living within the confines of her mother's womb, and was deeply distressed when she was born and forced to confront the vastness of the outside world. From an early age, she showed signs of illness, and although her condition began to improve, everything went awry when she turned one year old and her Esper ability manifested. She then created a copy of herself and went into hibernation, leaving her "copy" in place of the original Iroy.

Shinku is a member of the OS-2 Anomaly Control Bureau.

Shinku's politeness is aloof. As a new OS employee transferred to BAC headquarters in Etero, Shinku didn't make much of an impression on his colleagues. Shinku deliberately maintained aloofness and didn't interfere with others' work, with the exception of one star employee who clearly lacked common sense. And not just at work. Shinku behaves this way in her everyday life, too. She might find herself in the crowd rushing to DSD, or sitting in the packed stands at the Abnormal Trading Card Championship finals, discussing her collection with fellow fans. But when the crowd disperses, Shinku always goes home alone. Living in a bustling city, she never refused anyone's company, but she also kept everyone out of her "territory." Shinku has certainly attracted criticism and misunderstandings, but she firmly believes she's doing the right thing. Since that heavy rain, she's gotten used to being alone.

Shinku has long black hair with prominent scarlet streaks. She has two large, protruding red horns on top of her head. She has ruby ​​eyes and a long black, red, and pink tail. By default, she wears a loose white button-down shirt, often left unbuttoned in the front. Shinku wears several belts around her arms. She wears dark red shorts and asymmetrical knee-high socks. The left one is pure white, while the right one is decorated with a dark pink zigzag pattern.

Almost nothing is known about Shinku (I simply couldn't find any information). Long ago, when Shinku was still very young, she attended Terrasea School. It seems she had a small group of friends, including three others. Shinku used to have horns that hurt. Before Shinku was sent to OS-2, she was a member of ETD-9.

Chaos is a member of the Anomaly Control Bureau of TOI-6. The main strike force of ETD-6, the one who gets things done, the blade that takes aim at every anomalous crime.

Chaos is your most loyal and reliable friend, available for help investigating anomalies or with small favors. He's a serious investigator in a mysterious black mask, but also cheerful and clumsy. Chaos believes he's destined to "die branded a villain," and so he tries to eliminate as many corrupt scumbags as possible beforehand.

Chaos is a tall man with fair skin and tousled black hair with a few gray streaks. He has heterochromia: his right eye is pale gray and his left is red, with red eyeliner on his lower lids. He has a scar on his left eye. He sometimes wears a mask that covers the lower half of his face.

In his youth, Chaos experienced a profound tragedy: at 13, he found himself aboard a smuggler's ship after his parents' betrayal. It was then, using his ability to create objects from smoke, that he managed to survive the shipwreck and sail with eleven other survivors to inhabited lands. He then became an anomaly hunter and later a cemetery caretaker. These early experiences forged his character and likely influenced the way he combats threats.
