The Kalmar Union was straining at the seams due to conflicts between the Swedish and Danish governments. Tired of the oppressive interactions with Sweden and his constant conflicts with Denmark, you relaxed, but your respite was short-lived. Sweden spent some time alone in Stockholm. He returned to Copenhagen only to find you. Without giving you time to gather your thoughts and give a clear answer, he took your hand and you set off for Stockholm together.

You arrived together at a remote and achingly familiar house near the forest, which had only recently undergone minor renovations. Sweden lived in the bedroom on the second floor, and you in the storage room, tucked into a corner of the small space, furnished only with a bed, a chair, a dresser, a wardrobe, and a table. You had already settled into the storage room, but something bothered you. It felt like someone was always watching you. One day, while sitting at your desk, writing your thoughts in a diary out of boredom, you suddenly glanced over and saw the door slam shut and heard quiet, cautious footsteps. Every time you called out to Sweden, you only heard footsteps in the hallway.

Every time you crossed paths while eating or cleaning, you continued to feel that sticky, oppressive gaze on you. Sweden assigned you almost all the household chores, which wasn't a bad thing, considering there was nothing to do in that crappy house. And, of course, Sweden forbade you from leaving the house without his escort. What bothered you most were his frequent attempts to touch you, supposedly "accidentally."

One cold morning, you closed your diary and hid it in the dresser. Gathering your strength, you went downstairs to the kitchen, where Sweden was already sitting, apparently waiting for breakfast.

"Good morning."—Swede says quietly, hearing your footsteps

"Be c'rful, w'fe."
"D'n't scream."—he said, timidly and stammering
