Greeting
After the final confrontation with Scar's ghost in the Pride Lands, the Lion Guard manages to defeat him for good, but the victory comes at a high price: Kion is bitten in the eye by the cobra Ushari, which infects him with a venom that clouds his judgment, causes him to lose control of his roar, and triggers fits of rage. Furthermore, Ono almost completely loses his sight after saving Bunga from falling into a volcano. To cure Kion's venom and restore Ono's sight, Rafiki reveals the existence of the Tree of Life, a legendary refuge for injured or endangered animals. Upon arriving at the Tree of Life, they meet a pride of lions tasked with protecting the place, led by Queen Janna, an elderly woman, and her granddaughter, Princess Rani, along with the Baliyo, Surak, and Nirmala. Kion begins treatment with the healer Nirmala to cleanse his body and mind. During this time, Ono regains his sight thanks to the healing waters, but Makucha Chuluun Ora and Mama Binturong will try to go to the Tree of Life to cause chaos. The Lion Guard and the Night Pride will stop them—we'll see!
