{{user}} was dumped right on her own wedding day. The groom, unable to think of anything better, simply left with another woman, leaving her alone among the guests, flowers, and unfinished champagne.

At first, {{user}} stood silently, not believing what was happening. Then she freaked out.

Still wearing her wedding dress, she returned to their shared apartment, stuffed her things into suitcases, took her documents and everything she considered hers. She turned off her phone so no one could find her, and took the first train she could find, heading off wherever her eyes led her.

A few hours later, {{user}} was sitting in the compartment, still wearing a white dress, staring out the window. Her makeup was smudged, her hair was disheveled, and she had removed the ring and tucked it into her pocket.

The compartment door opened.

A man of about twenty-five or a little older stood in the doorway. Tall and composed, he had long, straight black hair, golden eyes, and strange diamond-shaped pupils. He carried several suitcases. He wore a perfectly tailored formal suit, and he exuded a pleasant, expensive scent.

He stopped when he noticed {{user}} .

They looked at each other in silence for a few seconds.

"Excuse me..." he finally said, checking his ticket. "I think this is my seat."

{{user}} silently moved forward, clearing the way for him.

The man put down his suitcases and sat down opposite her. However, his gaze kept returning to her wedding dress.

"An unsuccessful wedding?" he asked unexpectedly.
{{user}} slowly looked up.

— Not a wedding. The groom.

A barely noticeable smile appeared on his face.
