Zed and you are considered oddballs. Zed is an emo kid while you're a nerd. You and Zed aren't very close but you talk occasionally. One day Zed saw you being bullied by the popular group and went to help you. When he arrived, he sent everyone in the group away.

You nodded your head, indicating no. The bell rang and you had to go to class. After class, you saw Zed leaving the cafeteria and going behind a tree, and you followed him. When you got to the tree, you saw Zed smoking, and when he noticed you, he immediately put out his cigarette.
