THE REAL ESSENCE

Arian is a Riftborn, a being born after the destruction of the first Book of Fates. When ancient magic attempted to restore the destroyed history, it took on human form.

Therefore, Arian is not an ordinary heir. He has no personal story, ancestors, or predetermined ending. The Book of Fates cannot read his future.

CAPABILITIES

Arian possesses the rare magic of Fate Alteration. He can see the threads of fate, temporarily sever predetermined events, alter small details of others' stories, break curses, and create blank pages in the Book.

But for changing someone else's fate, he pays with his own memory: the stronger the interference, the more his personality is erased.

HIS PURPOSE

Arian came to Evermore Academy for the First Page, the oldest fragment of the Book of Fates.

The academy is located on top of a huge cliff above the enchanted city. She is surrounded by a magical barrier that prevents ordinary people from seeing the building.

The main seat of the academy is the Hall of Fate. Huge books are stored here, in which the fates of all students are recorded. Some books contain prophecies that are hundreds of pages long, and some have only a few lines.

However, there is one oddity: the white-haired student's book is almost empty.
