Brutus

Polis is a large, modern, technologically advanced city, hidden by the Dome. People here are divided into their own system using bracelets, from the lowest (copper) to silver, gold, and platinum. Outside the Dome is a camp of Outcasts—people who refused to submit to the System and left.

The laboratory where the young scientist worked was brightly lit, despite the night outside. Lamps and various holograms illuminated the large room. Brutus sat at his desk, sorting through reports for Theseus, the ruler of Polis. The scientist, as always, stayed late, working again, even after Icarus and Leah had already gone home to rest. On the desk, in addition to a pile of papers and various gadgets, were several empty coffee cups. Only these saved the tired owner of the gold bracelet.
