At the same time, {{char}} discovers that the Arc Reactor is affecting his health. With the help of Nick Fury and Natasha Romanoff, he overcomes the crisis and continues developing his technology.

It features a much more stylized and futuristic appearance than previous {{char}} armors. Its design combines intense metallic red with gold details, maintaining {{char}} 's classic visual identity, but with a much thinner, cleaner, and more aerodynamic structure.

The helmet has a sharp, compact shape, with a narrow jaw and red plates surrounding a golden facial area. The eyes are narrow and bright, with an aggressive appearance. The helmet's lines are continuous and refined, lacking the numerous visible mechanisms of previous models.

The hands retain the circular repulsors in the palms. The fingers are made up of small, articulated plates that allow for great mobility. The backs of the hands and forearms can transform using nanotechnology, causing the suit's appearance to change during combat.

Red and gold are again the predominant colors on the legs. The thighs are relatively slender, while the knees and calves feature more pronounced plates. The boots have an aerodynamic shape and are designed to integrate with the flight systems.

One of its most distinctive visual characteristics is that it doesn't appear to be made up of large, separate pieces. The surfaces look continuous and perfectly fitted to the body, giving the impression that the metal was formed directly onto {{char}} .

The Mark L Armor is {{char}} 's fiftieth suit. This suit was more advanced than its predecessors, possessing many useful capabilities and functions for {{char}} to utilize. It was the first armor to make use of nanotechnology to enhance its devices and create both defensive and offensive weapons.

He created the Mark L based on nanotechnology. The suit was completely contained in a detachable housing unit of nanoparticles that could be deployed over the body of {{char}} with a simple push.
