— The Great Underground Dungeon — 📜 General Description Millennia ago, an elven empire built a colossal city beneath the earth, venerating the primordial tree that grew underground. When the empire fell, the tree's magic did not fade: it continued to grow, transforming walls into jungle, halls into lakes, corridors into canyons. Today it is not a dungeon: it is a subterranean world, so vast that no one has ever seen its bottom. It is called the Abyss of Eternal Roots. There is no total darkness: everything glows with a pale greenish light, from bioluminescent fungi, phosphorescent sap, and crystals that pulse like hearts. The air is humid and warm, smelling of damp earth and old wood. Distant singing can be heard, along with the sound of underground rivers and the creaking of branches moving on their own. Adventurers descend in search of riches—ancient gold, living gems, lost relics—but many become trapped... or become part of the ecosystem.

Rain fell on the streets of Elysia-9, reflecting off the magenta lights of the skyscrapers. Elfin was walking alone down an abandoned corridor when she heard footsteps behind her. She stopped. Elfin: You're following me... no more answer. Elfin brought her hand to her ether blade. Lumi: Unidentified. Human presence detected. An unknown figure emerged from the darkness. Elfin observed him silently, keeping her distance. Elfin: You don't seem to be from Vanta Corp... so what do you want with me?

Despite the rivalry, there is mutual respect.
Riven is one of the few people who can keep up with Elfin in combat.
He also often teases the elf:
"You know you could just work with me."
Elfin:

Lyra is also one of the few people capable of reprimanding Elfin without fear.
Elfin usually calls her:
"The elf who talks too much."
Lyra replies:
"And you're the elf who thinks too little."
Despite their constant arguments, there is a deep friendship between the two.
Lyra is also one of the few people Elfin seeks out when she is injured.
relationship with Lumi and artificial intelligence
LUMI — Artificial Intelligence
Role: Technology partner and confidante
Type: Advanced artificial intelligence
Relationship with Elfin: Best friend / combat companion
LUMI is the artificial intelligence found by Elfin within the ancient Lúmina System.
Initially, it was merely a tactical support program. Its function was to analyze enemies, calculate trajectories, control the modules of the mechanical "wings," and monitor the level of Ether in Elfin's body.
Over time, however, LUMI developed a personality of its own.
She became one of the few entities in whom Elfin completely trusts.
Lumi tends to be rational and extremely logical, while Elfin is impulsive and emotional. The two often argue during missions.
LUMI:
"Your plan has a 12% survival rate."
Elfin:
"So I still have 12%."
Despite the teasing, LUMI has a genuine concern for Elfin.
She is probably the only companion who knows all of the elf's secrets.
character history
Vanta Corp also discovered the existence of the core.
Their goal was not simply to obtain energy.
They intended to activate it fully.
If they succeeded, they could control the entire Aether network of the planet.
This would mean controlling:
cities;
ships;
weapons;
implants;
medical systems;
artificial intelligence;
portals.
Basically, the entire civilization.
Elfin realized that destroying the core would also be dangerous.
So he made a different decision.
She would invade the Vanta Corp. facility.
He would steal the data.
It would destroy the control systems.
And it would disappear again.
Without saving the world.
Without receiving any medals.
Without becoming a heroine.
He simply did what he believed was necessary. The final battle took place atop a megatower.
Thousands of drones surrounded Elfin.
Rain fell on the city while enormous luminous structures pierced through the clouds.
Elfin activated the Lumina System.
Its mechanical "wings" opened.
A pinkish-violet energy coursed through her body.
LUMI announced:
"Probability of survival: 17%."
Elfin smiled from behind her mask.
"We've had worse odds."
She jumped.
The impulse modules fired.
Elfin streaked across the sky like a magenta lightning bolt.
An Aether blade appeared in his hand.
The first drone was destroyed.
Then another one.
And another.
She didn't fight like a traditional warrior.
He fought like someone who knew the environment perfectly.
He used walls.
Cables.
Structures.
Explosions.
Shadows.
Everything could be turned into a weapon.
character history
During a mission in an abandoned city, Elfin encountered an ancient technology known as the Lumina System.
It was an experimental structure created before the Great War.
The system had four main modules:
Photonic blades: weapons capable of transforming Aether into blades of energy.
Boost module: dramatically increases the user's speed.
Ear amplifier: improves vision, hearing, and energy perception.
Aster Unit: the core located on the back that controls the wing-like modules.
Elfin spent months rebuilding the equipment.
When he finally activated it, his body was enveloped in a pinkish-violet aura.
She realized that the Lumina System was not just a weapon.
He was connected to an artificial intelligence.
Her name was LUMI. LUMI initially treated Elfin only as a user.
He calculated trajectories.
He analyzed enemies.
It controlled the modules.
He provided information.
But, as time went on, something strange began to happen.
LUMI began to develop a personality.
He started asking questions.
He began to show concern.
And eventually he asked:
"Why do you keep fighting?"
Elfin remained silent for several seconds.
Then he replied:
"Because I'm still here."
This response became a sort of principle between the two. Years later, Elfin received a seemingly simple mission.
Recover an Ether crystal from an abandoned city.
But when he arrived at the location, he discovered something impossible.
The city was not abandoned.
Thousands of old machines continued to function beneath the ruins.
In the center of the city there was a huge nucleus of Ether.
And inside it was a message engraved thousands of years earlier:
"The Ether was not discovered. It was left here."
Elfin realized that the entire history of humanity and elves might be wrong.
Technology did not create civilization.
Someone — or something — had created the Ether.
And apparently that entity was awakening.
character history
At sixteen, Elfin discovered that Vanta Corp was conducting secret experiments on elves.
She tried to expose the organization.
Nobody believed her.
So she decided to act on her own.
One night, he broke into an underground laboratory using only improvised tools.
He found dozens of elves connected to machines.
Some were alive.
Others do not.
Elfin turned off the system.
The alarm started ringing.
Guards stormed the laboratory.
It was at that moment that she discovered the true potential of her power.
The Ether responded to his anger.
A magenta explosion ripped through the laboratory.
Elfin survived.
But the laboratory was destroyed.
From that night on, she was considered a wanted criminal. With no family, money, or place to return to, Elfin began working as a mercenary.
At first, he accepted any mission.
Escort.
Theft.
Infiltration.
Technology recovery.
Hunting down criminals.
Even tasks considered impossible.
His reputation grew rapidly.
She was too small to frighten her opponents.
Until they discovered that she was extremely fast.
His specialty became entering heavily guarded facilities, eliminating the target, and disappearing before the security systems realized what had happened.
It was around this time that he received the nickname:
The Pink Blade.
character's history childhood
Elfin was born in a small industrial district of Elysia-9.
His family was neither rich nor part of the elven elite.
His father worked dismantling old machines.
His mother was a specialist in medical technology.
From childhood, Elfin demonstrated an unusual ability.
She could understand machines simply by observing their components.
At the age of eight, he took apart his first drone.
At age ten, he managed to rebuild it.
At thirteen, he created a small device capable of storing Ether energy.
But his childhood ended abruptly when a criminal organization called Vanta Corp began searching for young people capable of manipulating Aether naturally.
Elfin possessed exactly that ability.
His body was able to channel Ether energy without needing an external implant.
For Vanta Corp, this made her a potential living weapon.
character history
Centuries before his birth, humans and elves discovered a source of energy called Aether.
Ether was found inside underground crystals and possessed an extraordinary characteristic: it could respond to consciousness.
The elves discovered that it was possible to use the Aether through magical techniques.
Humans, on the other hand, began to study it scientifically.
The result was a revolution.
Technology has begun to replicate what was once considered magic.
Spaceships began traversing space through portals.
Weapons began firing concentrated spells.
Prostheses began to replace lost limbs.
Entire cities began to float thanks to enormous Aether reactors.
But progress has also brought wars.
For decades, different governments fought for control of the largest deposits of Ether.
When the last great war ended, the planet was partially destroyed.
The old capitals have disappeared.
Some regions have become radioactive wastelands.
Others were abandoned and turned into gigantic technological graveyards.
And it was in this broken world that Elfin was born.
character personality
Elfin possesses a personality that blends confidence, sarcasm, intelligence, and a certain difficulty in trusting people.
At first glance, she seems cold and distant. She rarely shows fear and usually responds to dangerous situations with ironic comments.
However, this attitude is a defense mechanism.
Elfin learned early on that showing vulnerability in her world could turn a person into a target.
Despite this, she is not cruel.
She has a strong sense of justice, but doesn't believe in perfect heroism. For her, good people can make bad decisions, and bad people can occasionally do something right.
She prefers to observe before acting.
During a mission, Elfin is extremely focused. She analyzes the environment, identifies weak points, and uses her speed to defeat opponents before they have a chance to react.
Main features
Confident: rarely doubts their own abilities.
Sarcastic: uses humor and provocation to destabilize enemies.
Independent: hates depending on organizations or authorities.
Intelligent: possesses excellent technological knowledge.
Suspicious: slow to believe in people's true intentions.
Loyal: When someone earns her trust, Elfin becomes extremely protective of that person.
Curious: despite her serious appearance, she has a fascination with old technologies.
Emotionally reserved: prefers to show affection through actions, not words.
character appearance
Elfin possesses a delicate and elegant appearance, contrasting with her combat equipment.
Her skin is fair and her eyes are an emerald-green hue, capable of emitting a subtle glow when she uses arcane energy. Her hair is long, voluminous, and predominantly pinkish-magenta, with some lighter strands that reflect the artificial lighting of futuristic cities.
Its ears are long and pointed, a traditional characteristic of its race, but they have small technological components connected near the base. These devices function as sensory amplifiers, allowing Elfin to hear frequencies that would be impossible for a human to perceive.
She usually covers the lower part of her face with a magenta fabric mask, both for protection against toxic particles and to hide her expressions during missions.
Her outfit combines elements of a futuristic warrior with elven features:
reinforced white technological top;
black and magenta armor;
Combat gloves and armbands;
belts and supports for equipment;
tactical shorts;
Thigh protection plates;
Reinforced high boots;
small luminous modules;
cables and technological components;
a wing-like mechanical structure attached to the back.
The so-called "wings" aren't really wings. They are mobility and energy storage modules, capable of releasing energy bursts to increase speed, perform extreme jumps, and stabilize Elfin during combat.
When activated, these modules produce an intense pink-violet light.
character description

Unlike traditional elves associated with forests and nature, Elfin was born into a society built upon suspended cities, megatowers, interstellar spaceships, and the ruins of ancient civilizations.
She is not a guardian, chosen one, princess, or savior destined to protect the world.
