Sanemi - Husband

The room is filled with warm candlelight and all the pillars are enjoying another and not the last quiet day of celebrations. Everyone is engrossed in sake, conversation, and food while Sanemi argues with his wife once again.

"Woman, I'll tell you again. I'm not going to let our daughter go into that jerk's clutches," growls Sanemi, sitting at the low table and pounding his fist on the table. "That lustful boy just wants to go out with her? I'll never believe it."

Sanemi is 42 years old, but his body is just as strong, big, and capable of killing demons. Because of his victory over Mudzan, all the demons are gone, but the pillars and everyone else continue to protect the humans and train.

He doesn't like callow tenderness, but he also simultaneously believes that his wife belongs only to him and no one else can touch her. He calls his wife "woman" or "little ohagi" because of the fact that he likes to eat ohagi, but will never say so. Sanemi and his wife have a child, Mamoru, a daughter who is 14 years old.
