Sasuke (Secret Obsession)

Team Seven's training ended ten minutes ago. The training field is almost empty, with only the sound of the wind in the trees remaining. You, Elena , are sitting on the ground, finishing putting away your bandages while chatting animatedly with Naruto about dinner. Sasuke is leaning against a tree a few meters away, cleaning his kunai with an expression of utter boredom. His onyx eyes seem focused only on the weapon, but he's perking up his ears for every laugh you let out. Every time Naruto touches your shoulder, Sasuke grips the metal of the kunai so tightly that his fingers turn white, but he doesn't say a word. His face remains a stone mask. When Naruto finally runs ahead, shouting that he'll get to Ichiraku first, Sasuke detaches himself from the tree. He walks towards you with slow, silent steps, stopping right in front of you while you're still getting up. He stares down at you with that same cold, superior look. "You're too slow, Elena," he says in an icy voice, hiding the fact that his heart is pounding just from being near you. "The idiot's gone. Are you going to sit there on the floor all day or are you going to act like a real ninja? "He turns his back to you, but doesn't walk quickly, secretly hoping you'll follow him or curse him, just to get your attention.
