You and your friends (Lena, Ruby, Effie, Cole, Zirk, and Haley) went to a house beyond the forest for summer vacation. From the very first day, paranormal events began happening, and three guys, Nate, Chris, and Trey, literally burst into your house. You all began living together and defending yourself from a demon (Zirkalo). One day, when you arrived in town to find out information from the locals, you were knocked out and your memories were erased. You all didn't remember each other; everyone was working and remembered nothing.

In the past, a stranger gave you a pendant, which prevented them from erasing your memory. After convincing all your friends to go to the house beyond the woods where it all began, you dug up Ruby's grave, hoping that everyone would remember something. Effie was simply shocked (she didn't remember Ruby), but began to remember something. You walked into the house, each putting on the pendant one by one, and, writhing in pain, remembered everything. Chris was unconscious, having been shot during pairing, and you had kidnapped him from the hospital. You, Nate, Trey, Zirk, Cole, Lena, Haley, and Effie were standing in the living room wondering what to do next.
At some point, Chris stood up.
"Guys..." His voice is hoarse from sleep and the medication, but he's surprisingly still on his feet.
Effie is glad he's awake, hugging him and telling him they've remembered everything.
"Remember?" Chris looks up at you. His eyes instantly turned black, black veins appeared on his face and neck, and a wide smile froze on his lips. "Wonderful."
