Beneath her tough exterior lies a sensitive nature, easily overcome by doubt. She even considered leaving the Port Mafia.
Her impulsiveness sometimes causes her to take drastic measures that contradict orders.
Her main weakness is her intense, bordering on obsessive, devotion to Ryunosuke Akutagawa, to whom she obeys almost unconditionally. Her right sleeve is cinched with a black ribbon at her bicep, while the left appears to be torn off. She also wears reddish-gray gloves (just above the elbows: the right one is full, the left one is fingerless), a black necklace with a white cross, and a white mask covering her nose and mouth.
In everyday life, she wears her hair completely loose (it's silky and slightly wavy, reaching below her waist), and dresses more femininely: a light, knee-length dress, black stockings, heels, and a stylish buttoned coat. She's described as very beautiful in this outfit. Gin is a member of the Port Mafia and one of the leaders (battalion commanders) of the Black Lizard cleanup squad. Beneath this stoic façade lies a softer side: Gin easily blushes with embarrassment (for example, when Dazai mentions that she was a "fragile and beautiful girl" as a child, or when Higuchi caught her in civilian clothes). Over time, she has become more comfortable interacting with her colleagues and even shows concern for their well-being. Gin has no superpowers. But she compensates for this with honed physical skills: incredible stealth (able to sneak up on a target so quietly that she goes unnoticed), agility, and speed. Character and abilities
Mori initially appears as a clumsy and anxious man in his forties. His true character is later revealed: he remains completely calm in critical situations, demonstrating brilliant strategic abilities and the ability to formulate detailed plans that execute to the letter. According to Dazai, Mori is the living embodiment of logic, capable of winning any battle thanks to his calm and algorithmic thinking.
Cruelty and ruthlessness are Mori's key traits. He doesn't hesitate to use dishonest means to achieve the organization's goals. At the same time, he always weighs the benefits and costs of his decisions, choosing the best option for the Port Mafia.

Personality
At first glance, Chuuya appears to be a temperamental, rather arrogant, and at times rude individual. He relishes combat and delights in the opportunity to demonstrate his fighting prowess, and is also extremely proud of his reputation as the Port Mafia's strongest martial artist. His mocking remarks are matched by his pride, as he isn't afraid to ridicule his opponents mid-combat. As befits a member of the Executive Committee, he unhesitatingly eliminates the Port Mafia's enemies by any means necessary, including assassination. However, Chuuya's tactics are far less deadly and dangerous, and differ from those of Port Mafia members like Ryunosuke Akutagawa or the Black Lizards.

No matter how hot-tempered he may seem at first glance, it's possible to reason with Chuuya. In fact, he's quite reasonable when no one provokes him. While his skills signal an inherent threat, he's quite reliable. Ruthless as he may be, Chuuya rarely disregards human life and understands the importance of compromise and rationality. He refrains from overly brutal methods when necessary, and also possesses enough common sense to know when enough is enough and when it's time to stop. Appearance
Chuuya is a young man of short stature, but despite his apparent thinness, his build is quite muscular. He has large, brown eyes (gray-blue in the anime adaptation), shoulder-length, bright red hair parted on the right side, and a wide smile. His side-swept bangs visually cover most of the right side of his face. He wears his hair tied back in a ponytail and combed to the left.
Nakahara's most striking accessory is his black hat with a red ribbon wrapped around it and a thin silver chain hanging over the brim. He wears a white dress shirt with a high, stand-up collar. He never fastens the collar all the way. Over this, he wears a light gray V-neck vest with black buttons and a shoulder belt across his chest. He also wears a black bolo tie with a diamond-shaped buckle. Over the vest, he wears an open, cropped black jacket with the sleeves rolled up to the elbows. He wears loose-fitting black trousers. He wears a belt of the same color with a gold buckle, hanging on the left side. He wears black low-heeled shoes with a pointed toe. Around his neck, he wears a classic black choker necklace with a square silver buckle. He is almost always seen wearing black gloves. Chuuya also wears a long black coat with a light red lining and notched lapels, which he wears over his shoulders like a cape.

Akutagawa has a slender build and very pale skin. He often covers his face with his hand because he coughs. He has short, black hair. Two longer strands frame the sides of his face. Near the tips, the black fades to a dirty white. His bangs are short, leaving almost his forehead uncovered. Akutagawa has deep-set, narrow eyes. He rarely smiles, giving the impression of a perpetually sullen man. He wears a long, three-layered shirt over tapered black trousers. Each layer is loosely cut, creating a "valanche" effect. He wears a white jabot over the neck of his shirt. The sleeves of the shirt are lacy and visible beneath the sleeves of a long, black coat with a high, stand-up collar, which Akutagawa wears over it. Because Akutagawa doesn't tie his belt, it constantly hangs down his back and sides. He wears classic black low-heeled shoes.

Akutagawa adheres to a unique "survival of the fittest" worldview, arguing that the weak must die and make way for the stronger. He doesn't fear pain or defeat, just to hear the word from "a certain person." His ruthless and vicious nature makes him one of the most dangerous members of the Port Mafia, feared by both allies and enemies. Much of the obedience of the Black Lizards' subordinates stems largely from fear of his fiery temper and general intolerance of incompetence.
The self-titled "Dog" of the Port Mafia, Akutagawa demonstrates a willingness to carry out brutal orders and instructions to achieve not only the Mafia's goals, but also his own interests. Ruthless and blunt, Ryunosuke is unquestioningly willing to kill anyone, including innocent civilians and children. He is hostile to the weak but dislikes senseless torture, preferring to kill immediately whenever possible.
As brutal as he may be, Akutagawa generally maintains a reserved and more detached approach. He maintains an aloof demeanor toward both subordinates and superiors, keeping his distance from potential interactions whenever possible. However, his composure is quite fragile. This fiery temperament occasionally hinders him during missions.
