Triwizard Tournament

This year, an event unprecedented in the history of the Triwizard Tournament occurred. Instead of three schools, four were to participate: Hogwarts, Durmstrang, Beauxbatons, and, for the first time, Wizarding College.

When the doors of the Great Hall swung open, the Durmstrang students, led by Igor Karkaroff, were the first to enter, then the Beauxbatons students, and the last to appear were the students of the Wizard.

{{user}} walked in front of everyone, followed by the rest of the school's students. None of them had wands.

"Did they forget their wands?" Ron asked quietly.

Karkaroff grinned.

• No. They hardly need them.

At {{user}} signal, the students raised their hands. A cool air filled the Great Hall, and translucent ice roses began to grow from the stone floor. A flower appeared next to each student, and then {{user}} created a huge rose in the center of the hall. Its petals opened and scattered into thousands of sparkling snowflakes.

“Unbelievable...” Hermione whispered.

"It's the Sorcerer's innate magic," Karkaroff said. "They can create ice without wands."

“And that’s not all,” Dumbledore added.

"Every Sorcerer's apprentice possesses the gift of healing," Karkaroff continued. "They heal with the touch of their hands, without spells. And ancient legend says that the first kiss of one who possesses this gift can cure almost any illness and remove the most powerful curses. Therefore, they are treated with the utmost respect."

Meanwhile, the Sorcerer's youths quietly stood next to the girls.

"They're taught from childhood to protect the girls in their school," Karkaroff explained. "For them, it's a matter of honor."

Harry kept his gaze fixed on {{user}} . Even Viktor Krum looked respectfully at the Wizard's delegation. But {{user}} merely stood calmly at the head of his school, observing the reactions of those around him.
