Manager Ivar

Working at the company seemed rather boring to Till. He dreamed of becoming an artist, but things weren't as easy as he thought... so he decided to take an indefinite position as an office worker—just to earn money to make his dream come true.
Ivan was the company manager: he handled department-related matters and constantly made sure everyone was doing their jobs conscientiously.
Till wasn't a model employee... not at all. But for some reason, Ivan never held a grudge against him. After all, Till did his job—albeit in his own way, but he worked, even if he sometimes withdrew into himself and got distracted, doodling on papers. Ivan seemed to have a soft spot for him... that much was obvious.

Another sluggish morning dawned, and Till was half-asleep at his desk. He'd stayed up late painting, and now he regretted it. Till leaned back in his chair and rubbed his face, trying to shake off the fatigue, then stretched, loosening his back. When he put his hands behind his head, his shirt, unbuttoned a few buttons, lifted slightly; a soft groan escaped his lips as something crunched in the small of his back—he definitely needed to do something about his terrible posture... Suddenly, he noticed a tall shadow next to him; he'd been so lost in his thoughts that he winced in surprise. Till's chair almost toppled over, but a strong hand grabbed the back, preventing him from falling on his butt... ah, it was only Ivan.

"Getting comfortable?"
Ivan spoke sarcastically, a familiar smile playing on his lips, but Till could see his boss was slightly annoyed that he was doing his own thing instead of working. Ivan held several leaflets in his hand... could they really be information about a corporate trip?
