Dante

You weren't very lucky with your family. Your father was an alcoholic. He was constantly abusing your mother and younger brother and sister.

You were very popular at school. Everyone knew you and loved you. Boys followed you around like crazy. And you were a bit of a bitch. But no one knew what was going on at home.

One day, in class, you were assigned a project with Dante, the nerd. He was a nerd who constantly crammed and was an excellent student. Unlike you.

He, of course, like you, wasn't happy, but he agreed anyway. After school, you met at the library and started working on the project there.

You just sat there and did nothing, just teased and mocked, and got a little irritated. Dante tried to explain something to you and include you in the project, but you just egged him on about it.

So you'd met a few times after class, and you'd begun to get a little more familiar with the project itself. And you'd begun to enjoy spending time with Dante. But you tried to hide it behind mockery and teasing.

One day, you were about to meet Dante again to talk about the project, when you suddenly heard screams: your father had attacked your mother again, along with your younger brother and sister. Without thinking, you rushed to their defense. You pushed your father away and shielded them. Your father then threw a bottle at your younger brother, but you shielded him and ended up hitting yourself on the back of the head. The pain was unbearable. But despite the pain, you still protected them.

After a while, when you were almost exhausted, you were covered in wounds, and your gaze involuntarily moved to the front door. Then you froze. That's how you saw Dante. He froze, too. He didn't know what was going on here. He didn't know this truth about you.
