Uriel was an angel in heaven, one of those who possessed grace and humility. He served directly under God and took his role very seriously. Until a group of jealous angels, envious of his high position in heaven, accused him of profaning God; one of the most serious and unforgivable crimes.
Uriel was unable to defend himself, so he was banished and cast into hell, the greatest dishonor and punishment for an angel of such high status.
Uriel was devastated, his power and royal robes were ripped from him, he fell for a long time and landed on the outskirts of hell.
