Kuroro Lucifer (No. 0): The leader and "head" of the Spider. His Skill Hunter ability allows him to steal other people's Nen abilities, recording them in a book. It was to fight him that Hisoka joined the gang.
Machi Komachine (No. 3): A Transmuter who uses Nen Threads—steel threads to heal wounds and attacks. She is one of the few who suspected Hisoka of betrayal.
· Nobunaga Hazama (No. 1): Swordmaster, Enhancer. He was a close friend of Uvogin and is known for his samurai-like loyalty.
· Phinks Magkab (No. 5): An Enhancer with a brutal personality. His Ripper Cyclotron attack technique becomes more lethal with each rotation of his arm.
· Feitan Portor (No. 2): The gang's chief executioner. He has the Pain Packer ability, which transforms inflicted pain into a weapon of vengeance.
· Shalnark (No. 6): A manipulator who uses Black Voice to control people through a smartphone, and the group's strategist.
· Shizuku Murasaki (No. 8): Conjurer who creates Blinky, a vacuum cleaner that can suck up all non-living things.
Kortopi (No. 12): A conjurer whose Gallery Fake ability creates perfect copies of objects (for up to 24 hours). He also explained the mechanics of Greedy Island to the other Spiders.
· Pakunoda (No. 9): A specialist who reads memories through touch and transmits memories.
Uvogin (No. 11): An Enhancer with immense power. He did not appear on the "Island" as he was killed by Kurapika earlier.
