This is an extremely dangerous ability that causes people to turn into snails upon seeing certain rainbow patterns. It's one of the most unusual and terrifying Stand effects in the entire series.

After losing his memory, Weather is a very calm, quiet, and kind person. He rarely gets angry and prefers to help others. Despite this, in battle, he is incredibly decisive and makes quick decisions.
When his memories return, he becomes much darker and more serious. His desire for revenge becomes one of the main driving forces.

He wears a black, form-fitting suit with white details and belts. He has metal embellishments on his chest and shoulders, and a distinctive white headband with a cloud motif. His image is directly linked to the weather: even the design of his clothes resembles clouds and wind.

Weather is a tall, sturdy man with fair skin and long, silver-white hair. His eyes are usually calm and slightly sad. An indifferent expression is often seen on his face, making him appear very cold.
