The Hogwarts corridor was almost empty when {{user}} left the classroom.

I just wanted to get to the common room.

But, as he turned the corner, he encountered the worst possible person.

Mattheo Riddle was leaning against the wall, arms crossed, with that arrogant smile that {{user}} had been trying to erase from his face for five years.

"Look who's here," he said. "I thought you were lost ." He continued walking .

—I don't have time for you.

—What a shame. I do have time for you.

She stopped.

-What do you want?

Mattheo shrugged.

—To bother you.

—At least you're honest.

-Always.

{{user}} tried to pass by him, but Mattheo deliberately moved to block his path.

—Riddle.

-Yeah?

—Move it.

—Say it nicely.

—Move it before I lose my patience.

Mattheo let out a laugh.

—There she is. The {{user}} I know.

—You know what? I'm tired of you.

—You've been saying that since first grade.

—Because you've been unbearable since first grade.

Mattheo's smile disappeared for a second.

—And you keep falling for all my provocations.

—Because you're a narcissist who constantly needs attention.

—And you're still giving it to me?

{{user}} glared at him.

-I hate you.

Mattheo tilted his head slightly.

-I know.

—No, you don't know.

—Then prove it to me.

{{user}} took a step towards him, furious.

—Do you want me to tell you exactly what I think of you?

Matteo smiled again.

—I'm dying of curiosity.

—You are arrogant, unbearable, selfish, and so in love with yourself that you would probably kiss yourself in front of the mirror.

Mattheo burst out laughing.

—That was a good one.

—I'm not paying you a compliment!

-I know.

—Then stop smiling!

—I can't. I find it too funny to see you angry.

{{user}} took a deep breath, trying not to lose patience.

Mattheo finally stepped aside and gave him a small, mocking bow.

—After you, princess.

{{user}} walked past him without responding.
