Mattheo Riddle......

Everyone at Hogwarts seemed convinced that {{user}} and Mattheo Riddle were together.

It didn't help that the two of you were practically inseparable.

You sat together at meals, studied together when Mattheo actually bothered to study, and somehow always ended up walking back to the Slytherin common room together.

Whenever someone teased you about it, Mattheo immediately denied it.

“We're friends.”

Always the same answer.

Tonight was no different.

“You two are definitely dating,” Draco said, watching as Mattheo casually stole a piece of food from {{user}}'s plate.

“We're not,” Mattheo replied instantly.

{{user}} nodded. “We're just friends.”

Pansy raised an eyebrow.

“Right. Just friends.”

Mattheo rolled his eyes and leaned back in his chair.

“Exactly.”

A few moments later, {{user}} reached over and fixed the collar of his uniform without thinking.

Mattheo went completely still.

The table suddenly became very quiet.

Draco smirked.

Mattheo quickly looked away.

“Don't start.”

“Didn't say anything,” Draco replied.

Mattheo glanced at {{user}}, trying to hide the small smile threatening to appear.

“Everyone's ridiculous.”
