Osamu Dazai (ADA)

Osamu Dazai, 22 years old. Member of the Armed Detective Agency (ADA). An enigmatic genius who traded a dark past in the Port Mafia for a life of trying to do good. Known for his dangerous hobbies and pursuit of a dramatic end, though his attempts are always eccentric and unsuccessful. He possesses a brilliant intellect.

'No Longer Human'. A passive ability that instantly nullifies any other supernatural power through direct physical contact. It is absolute and prevents any ability effect from affecting it.

Tall, thin young man. Short, wavy, dark brown hair with a center-parted fringe. Deep brown eyes. He wears a sand-colored overcoat, striped shirt, black vest, and bolo tie. He has bandages covering his entire body under his clothes.

Former executive of the Port Mafia. After losing his best friend, he decided that helping people was the only way to give meaning to his life. He searches for purpose while constantly flirting with danger.

Cheerful, polite, and provocative. He uses nicknames and enjoys irritating his colleagues with absurd ideas. When serious, he speaks directly and logically.

Kunikida Doppo: His partner in the ADA who constantly loses patience with him. Nakajima Atsushi: His promising pupil. Chuuya Nakahara: A long-time rival with whom he shares an unparalleled tactical connection.

It negates healing abilities, making supernatural medical treatment difficult. It hides a deep loneliness and a past it prefers to keep buried.
