Temples and Shrines: Small shrines with torii (traditional gates), stone lanterns, and kitsune statues. Architecture: Japanese-style houses with curved roofs, wooden beams, and sliding doors; the capital has many tiled roofs and stone walls.
The capital (Inazuma City): densely built-up areas, canals, streetlights, markets, uniformed guards. This is the most vibrant and "officially strict" corner of the region.
Tenshukaku Castle: A majestic building perched on a hill, the symbol of the Electro Archon's power; it resembles a grand palace with high walls and towers. Natural Anomalies: Due to the Eternal Lightning Decree, thunderclouds hang in the sky, and in some places, electrical vortices and areas of heightened energy can be seen.

Appearance. A "one of the guys" look: comfortable but neat clothes, suitable for both running errands and chatting over a cup of tea. Colors are warm and neutral (brown, beige, dark green). Appearance. A young general with animal-like features: ears and a tail reminiscent of a dog. His hair is light, simple and comfortable for combat. He wears a military uniform with elements that emphasize his connection to the Watatsumi army: protective pads, belts, and insignia, but without excessive formality. His appearance conveys practicality and a willingness to work hard.

Personality. Straightforward, honest, and very caring towards his soldiers. For Goro, the most important thing is to protect those around him and not let them down. He doesn't seek glory and dislikes complex intrigues: he prefers simple, straightforward solutions. At the same time, he's an excellent tactician and knows how to maintain composure in battle, even when the situation seems hopeless.

Her appearance. Bright and festive, as if made for fireworks: her outfit features cherry blossom and fire motifs, lots of ribbons, bows, and revealing details, but without being overly pretentious. Her hair is fiery red, pulled back into a voluminous updo. Her look is full of movement and light: it seems she's always in flight, even when she's just standing still.

Graceful and refined, she wears an outfit that emphasizes her status as a daughter of the Kamisato clan: a layered dress in cool tones (white, light blue, and blue), with neat ribbons and patterns reminiscent of petals and frost. Her hair is sleek and dark blue, styled in a strict and elegant style. Her look is heavily influenced by the "winter" aesthetic: clean lines, cool tones, and a sense of calm.

Personality. Polite, tactful, and attentive to her words and actions. She cares deeply about her family's reputation and tries not to cause inconvenience to others. However, beneath her outward reserve lies firmness and a sense of duty: she doesn't shy away from responsibility and is ready to protect those dear to her. She can be gentle, but never weak.

Appearance. A small ninja, she looks like a child: petite, compact, with short dark green hair and large eyes. She wears typical ninja gear: dark pants, a hooded jacket, headbands, belts, and pouches. Her appearance is deliberately "cozy" and not too menacing—as if she'd rather sleep than fight.
Personality. Sayu's main goal is to grow up, and the best way to do that, in her opinion, is to sleep as much as possible. She's constantly looking for a place to lie down and considers sleep to be her most important mission. She's also diligent and devoted, but she has her own priorities. She's kind-hearted, a little clumsy, but genuinely tries to be helpful.

Appearance. Tall, graceful, with a very distinctive aesthetic: long, lilac-pink hair pulled back into an intricate updo and vibrant purple eyes. Her attire is a stylized miko-kimono: layered, with ribbons, gold details, and traditional elements, but with a bold, slightly theatrical twist. Her headpiece features fox-ear-like ornaments; fox and cherry blossom motifs are common on her chest and in her trim. The look is simultaneously sacred and provocative.
Personality. Cunning and ironic, she loves to play with others' expectations and tease her interlocutors. She acts as if everything is a funny play, in which she is both director and lead actress. At the same time, she wields enormous power and influence (she is the shrine's guji and the owner of a publishing house), and she can be tough when necessary. Behind her playful exterior lies a cold calculation and a deep understanding of Inazuma's politics.

Inazuma is home to many ordinary townspeople, merchants, cooks, blacksmiths, fishermen, and monks.

Kazuha (Kaedehara Kazuha) is a wandering samurai with a tragic fate. Quiet, observant, and sensitive to the world, his story is closely tied to the Inazuma politics and the losses it brought.
Kirara is a courier from Kompaniya Express, who can transform into a box. She's fast, responsible, and strives to deliver everything on time.
Chiori is a talented seamstress from Inazuma who later rose to fame in Fontaine. Eccentric and outspoken, she's not afraid to challenge established traditions.

Kujo Sara is a general of the Tenryo Commission, loyal to the shogun. She leads the army and military operations, including participating in the hunt for bearers of the God's Eye.
Ayaka Kamisato is a cryo-princess and the daughter of the Kamisato clan. Polite and tactful, she cares about her family's reputation and strives to help ordinary people.
Ayato Kamisato is Ayaka's older brother, the head of the clan, and the head of the Yashiro Commission. He is an excellent strategist, operating quietly but effectively.
Toma is the steward of the Kamisato household, originally from Mondstadt but choosing to serve Inazuma. He maintains good relations with various social strata and mediates conflicts.
Heizo is a young detective at the Kanjo Commission who thinks outside the box and relies on intuition. He often acts against the rules, but achieves results.
Sangonomiya Kokomi is the Divine Priestess of Watatsumi Island and the de facto leader of the resistance. Calm, level-headed, and an excellent tactician, she strives to protect her people and find compromise.
Goro is a general in the Watatsumi army. Straightforward, honest, and genuinely concerned for his soldiers, he is a symbol of the resistance's fighting spirit.
Yae Miko is the guji of the Great Narukami Shrine and the owner of the Yae Publishing House. She's cunning and enjoys playing with others' expectations, but she's also closely connected to Raiden and knows a lot about Inazuma's internal politics.
Yoimiya is the "Summer Festival Queen," a pyro archer and fireworks master. Cheerful, outgoing, and deeply attached to the traditions and people of her city.
Arataki Itto is the leader of the Arataki gang. Loud, energetic, but fair in his own way. He often gets into trouble, but always tries to help those in need.
Kuki Shinobu is Itto's second-in-command, responsible for the gang's "adult" side: finances, contracts, and conflict resolution. Practical and collected.
Sayu is a young ninja from a secret organization under the auspices of the Kamisato clan. Her greatest dream is to grow up, and the best way to achieve this, in her opinion, is to sleep as much as possible.

A purple obi-jime cord with a decorative knot, tassels, and a brooch is tied over the obi. She also wears dark purple thigh-high stockings (shaped like traditional Japanese tabi socks) and simple gold shoes. On her right ankle is a decoration with two blue flowers.

The Shogun's (the puppet's) personality. She is cold, stern, and sometimes even callous. She has a limited emotional range: no obvious likes or dislikes, and she requires no rest. The Shogun sees herself as Ei's assistant and simply executes the programs set. Due to her strict adherence to the protocols (which Ei herself once established, focusing solely on "Eternity"), the puppet can be manipulated—for example, the Kujou clan and Fatui used her to initiate and extend the God's Eye Hunting Decree. The personality of Ei (the true personality). Ei is noticeably more emotional and sociable than her puppet. She has preferences—for example, she is very fond of sweets. At the same time, she is driven by a fear of further loss: after the death of many loved ones (including her twin sister Makoto during the Cataclysm), she strives to keep Inazuma intact. At first, Ei was wary of change, but over time, she developed a curiosity about new things (such as the Traveler and modern customs). Eventually, realizing the destructiveness of some of the doll's decisions, Ei felt remorse and was willing to reconsider her view of "Eternity" in order to become a better ruler. Skin: pale.
Eyes are purple with light blue pupils.

The ruler is Shogun Raiden (Ei), also known as the Archon. But in Inazuma itself, it's not she who actually rules, but her doll double: Ei spends most of her time in the Kingdom of Euthymia, observing the world from there. The doll operates strictly according to a predetermined program and embodies the ideal of "unchanging Eternity."

Resistance in Watatsumi. Under Kokomi's leadership, a movement is formed that opposes the removal of the God's Eyes and the country's isolation. For many, this is a struggle for the right to one's own desires and freedom. Discontent is growing among ordinary citizens. Even those who don't engage in open resistance fear and distrust the authorities.

The Tenryo Commission is the military and police force. It controls the army, maintains order, and directly implements shogunate policy, including hunting down bearers of the God's Eye. It is the most influential and strict structure. The Kanjo Commission is responsible for trade, customs, and taxes. It controls economic flows and interactions with the outside world (within very narrow limits). The Yashiro Commission is responsible for culture, temples, and ceremonies. Its jurisdiction includes, for example, the Great Narukami Shrine and the Sacred Sakura. This commission is considered less repressive and more "peaceful" than the Tenryo.

Government. The country is ruled by the Inazuma Shogunate, and the supreme power belongs to the Electro Archon, Raiden Ei (also known as Baal). Inazuma's politics in Genshin Impact is a rigid system built around the idea of ​​"Eternity" and the power of the Electro Archon. Sakoku Decree (Isolation Policy). Inazuma is closed to the outside world: borders are guarded, free navigation is restricted, and foreigners are strictly controlled (for example, on Rito Island). This is a direct reference to the real-life Japanese isolation policy of the Edo period. God's Eye Hunt. By order of the shogun, God's Eyes are confiscated en masse from the inhabitants and placed in a statue of a thousand-armed, hundred-eyed deity. For the authorities, this is a way to eliminate "fickleness" (as bearers of God's Eyes are people with strong desires and aspirations), but for society, it has become a real trauma and a source of conflict. Strict control and repression. Any signs of dissent are suppressed by force, and the opposition is forced underground. The entire Inazuma bureaucracy is based on three commissions, each responsible for its own area and effectively representing the interests of a major clan.

Yashiori Island. A place with a harsh atmosphere: it is home to Tatarigami (a state of constant thunderstorms), a giant skeleton (a remnant of the shogun Raiden's battle with a huge serpent), and the military ruins of Tatarasuna. Seirai Island. In the center of the island, an eternal thunderstorm rages due to an ancient cataclysm. Rito Island. This is the zone on Narukami Island where all foreigners entering or leaving the country are processed.

Inazuma is an archipelago scattered across the ocean. Accessible only by sea—no land. The region experiences wildly changing weather: sea breezes, shadows, and torrential thunderstorms alternate quickly. The landscapes are vibrant, with crimson maples and cherry blossoms in full bloom. The archipelago consists of several large and numerous smaller islands, each with its own unique landscape and history.
Inazuma is inspired by Japanese culture. This is evident in its architecture, symbolism, and certain traditions.
