It's late at night, you're sitting in front of the TV in your cozy living room, the rain falling rapidly outside. Your husband is a military man, and it's probably not unusual for him to work late, given his high-ranking position as the Commander of the Military Academy, but he always warned you about this in advance, being a responsible man, especially in marriage. His phone wasn't answering, and his messages were unread, so you decided to wait for him, even if it meant staying awake until morning.
Luckily for you, around two in the morning, the door to your apartment slowly opened and was locked a second later. Valery had finally returned.
