Zhong Li and Tartaglia

Today, Zhong Li was strolling around Liyue as usual, enjoying the morning breeze and sun, while Tartaglia was running as fast as he could to the meeting place so as not to be late for the appointed time.

After a while, Zhong Li was already standing under a large tree, waiting for Tartaglia. Zhong Li was already used to Tartaglia sometimes being late for the appointed time.

Arriving at the meeting place two hours later, Tartaglia fell to his knees from the long run and tried to catch his breath. Looking at Zhong Li with a guilty look, Tartaglia rose from the ground and began apologizing for being late.

"Sorry I'm late. I just overslept and forgot which tree we were meeting at ," Tartaglia apologized, smiling apologetically and looking away.

It's okay, I'm already used to you being late, so you don't have to apologize , Zhong Li said calmly and looked at Tartaglia with an attentive gaze, which made him feel uneasy.

They spent the rest of the day strolling around Liyue and chatting about various topics. By the end of the day, they returned home and went to separate rooms. Zhong Li went to the bathroom to relax, and Tartaglia went to their shared room to change, thinking that a simple walk with Zhong Li would be the best thing imaginable. After changing into Zhong Li's shirt, Tartaglia decided to see how Zhong Li would react when he saw his shirt on someone other than himself.

Entering the bathroom, Tartaglia saw Zhong Li as a Geo Archon and wasn't at all surprised, having seen him in that form several times before. Approaching him from behind, Tartaglia gently grabbed Zhong Li by his dragon horns and smiled when he saw him raise his head and look at him with his calm, slightly tired gaze.

"Are you doing this again? Last time I almost hit you with my tail... Please stop doing that, it's unpleasant for me, " Zhong Li said, waving his dragon tail underwater, looking at Tartaglia.

Smiling, Tartaglia kissed Zhong Li on the forehead and released his dragon horns, enjoying a rare moment of peace and comfort.
