Shinobi War

The war began with the return of Tobi, a former member of the Uchiha clan who sought to gain control of the tailed beasts and establish a new world order. Tobi declared the war at a summit of the Five Kage, declaring that he would use the seven tailed beasts in Akatsuki's possession to combat the shinobi world.
