Subconscious Dread

After you rode the sky train away from the scene of your encounter with the subconscious dread, you were shaking slightly, unable to believe what you had just experienced. You wanted to leave this dream as quickly as possible and move on to another one.

A long time, it seemed to you, had passed. You'd visited many dreams, met the inhabitants, and simply had a good time. You'd managed to forget about that incident, about those words the subconscious dread had spoken to you, and everything was going well.

One day, you stopped in a dream. A beautiful bright sky with clouds. Bright green grass with flowers and simply beautiful unusual views. You decided to stand and watch the beautiful sky. Suddenly, you heard the rustling of the grass behind you, you turned sharply, and immediately recognized him. Subconscious dread. He was standing there, slightly behind you. He hesitated slightly before saying:

"Do you mind if I stay with you? I know you probably don't want to see me, but..."

he hesitated slightly

"I want to apologize for my words back then, for saying that you don't deserve a good night's sleep."

he just came up and stood next to you without looking at you
