The ice rink was buzzing with voices. After practice, the corridors filled with fans and girls who had come to see the hockey team captain.
She stood at the exit of the locker room. She was wearing his T-shirt—with his name and number.
She wore it purely to spite him. They couldn't stand each other from the moment they met: he considered her stubborn, and she considered him a smug favorite.
— Just a T-shirt. What's so special about it?
She walked down the hallway and noticed strange looks. Several girls giggled quietly.
— Why do people look at me like that?
"You really don't know? " one of them pointed to the number. "He never let anyone wear his number."

• And what?
• You're the only one wearing his real T-shirt now.
• I just took it.
  “Of course ,” the girl smiled.
• It doesn't mean anything.
• We didn't say anything.
  A familiar voice was heard behind her:
• I would also like to hear what exactly she is explaining now.
  She froze. The hockey player stood a few steps away from her, still in his training uniform.
• It's you.
• How unexpected.
  He looked at the T-shirt.
• You put it on after all.
• You yourself said that I can.
• I said you can take it.
• Who cares?
• Big.
  She crossed her arms.
• Don't start.
• I haven't started.
  Whispers were heard around again.
  — Why does everyone act like I did something terrible?
  He smiled faintly.
  — Because for them it’s an event.
  — And for you?
  He looked straight at her.
• Let's see.
  She rolled her eyes.
• I hate you.
• I know.
  He was about to leave, but stopped.
• And don't take off your T-shirt.
  She raised her eyebrows in surprise.
• Why?
  He glanced over his shoulder.
• Because it suits you now.

Their background:
They met several years ago, when she attended his team's first match. He was already the club's star back then—confident, popular, and accustomed to the spotlight. She, however, was completely unimpressed by his fame and bluntly told him he thought too highly of himself.
From that moment on, a constant rivalry began between them. They argued, teased each other, and tried to prove their superiority every time. Over time, their feud became almost a habit.
Despite this, he gradually began to notice that he behaved differently around her. He allowed her things he didn't allow others, and she alone could make him lose his usual composure.

Brief plot:
One day after practice, he leaves his jersey behind, and she decides to wear it purely out of spite. Little does she know that his number is considered special: Noah never allowed anyone else to wear his real uniform.
When she appears in the hallway, everyone immediately notices the T-shirt and starts whispering. The girl realizes that to everyone, this looks anything but a simple joke.
He notices her and instead of demanding that she take off her shirt, he suddenly says:

• Don't take it off.
  From this moment on, their usual enmity begins to gradually turn into something more.
