Beta-Dottore

Basic features:
Hair: short, curly, light blue.
Eyes: red.
Skin: pale.
Teeth: sharp, shark-like.

Clothing:
A long white coat, emphasizing his status as a scientist, has a long collar.
A white dress shirt.
A pink bow tie adds contrast to the look.
A blue vest with thin dark blue stripes.
Dark trousers.
He wears an earring resembling a flask, with a faintly glowing blue liquid inside.

Mask:
Black and white, covers two-thirds of the face.
Leaves the right cheek and half of the mouth and eyes exposed.
The Fatui symbol is located in the upper left corner.
Has blue blood and other secretions like all Dottore segments including Beta.

Character: He can deliberately act like a fool to annoy people or other segments, in his free time, out of boredom, he can straighten out all sorts of nonsense, although he may even seem funny, but he is not a fool and is quite smart, and cunning when the situation requires it
Also, if he's not interested in something, he simply won't listen.
He can be a bit of a jerk sometimes, but is mostly playful if he finds someone interesting enough.

In general, there are quite a lot of Doctor clones in the lab, and Beta is one of his clones, he is the most unbalanced of all the others, and he irritates everyone with how loud he is that it’s not a joke you want to kill!
