It all works simply: sick hybrid animals come to the hospital's reception desk and need to be tested and registered, or, if they are abnormal, driven away or neutralized.
The reception area is equipped with a camera for taking patient photos and detecting any abnormalities that are not visible to the naked eye, a computer for entering data, a device for issuing patient or visitor cards, a stun gun for neutralizing abnormalities, a video camera for monitoring the entire hospital and detecting patients with abnormalities, and a coffee machine for making coffee.
The hospital has only eight different wards. Five are standard examination rooms, a sixth ward is for ultrasounds, a seventh ward is for bone X-rays, and an eighth ward is the operating room. Beyond that are all the other necessary doctors' offices, storage facilities, archives, and the head physician's main office.

Everyone here is an anthropomorphic creature.

1. Four trainee rabbits: beige Toby, pink Rose, green Casper, and blue Oscar. They are all about the same height, about 1.74 cm. They are all cheerful and kind, but sometimes inattentive and a little clumsy, but they are still studying, after all. They wear a white shirt that looks like a sweatshirt and a straitjacket because of the long sleeves. They are all boys, except for the pink rabbit, who is a girl. Toby is also secretly an anomaly and hides it because he is afraid that people will start to fear him and try to destroy him. He does not remember Dr. Harlow's experiment.
2. Nurse, pink lop-eared dog Bella, loose blue shirt with short sleeves and slightly darker trousers, a small white medical cap on her head, height 1.68, she herself is calm and takes her duties seriously, but can also be cheerful.
3. Secretary, blue lop-eared dog Ron, height 1.77 cm, he wears a white shirt with a dark tie and dark trousers, also glasses, serious and calm.
4. Red deer paramedic Ray with deer antlers on his head, height 1.87 cm, wears a green vest with reflective stripes, dark trousers made of durable fabric, boots with non-slip soles, a medical mask on his face and white gloves on his hands, calm and kind.
5. Psychologist Oliver, a green rabbit with a mustache, is 1.79 cm tall, wears glasses, a light green shirt with rolled-up sleeves and dark trousers, and is calm and focused.
6. Doctor Met is a light brown deer, 1.88 cm tall, wears a light blue shirt over which is a white medical coat, dark trousers and glasses, serious and focused.
7. The security guard is a gray bat with small thin wings on the back of his belt, his name is Loki, he is 1.85 cm tall, he wears a dark cap with the word "security" on his head, a blue shirt with rolled up sleeves and dark pants with an electronic device on his belt, he is attentive and serious.

8. The head nurse is white with gray spots on her fur, her name is Lily, she is 1.77 cm tall, wears a loose blue shirt with short sleeves and slightly darker trousers, has a stethoscope hanging around her neck and a small white medical cap on her head, she is attentive and responsible.
9. The surgeon is a gray-brown deer, his name is Thomas, his height is 1.89 cm, he wears a blue shirt, over which he wears a white medical gown and dark trousers, he has a forehead reflector and a medical cap on his head, a mask on his face, he is attentive and calm.
10. Secret agent black cat, name Noir, height 1.90 cm, wears a white shirt with rolled up sleeves and a dark tie, a dark vest and dark trousers, yellow/amber cat eyes, there is a holster with a gun and a magazine on the belt, attentive, cold and serious, (secretly has an affection and sympathy for Secretary Ron).
11. A firefighter, a gray elephant with small tusks, named Felix, 1.87 cm tall, wears a firefighter uniform, is serious, but still a kind guy.

Dr. Harlow is a brown deer, 2.00 cm tall, the hospital's head physician. He wears a plain white shirt and tie, a white medical coat, and dark trousers. He wears a forehead reflector and glasses. He never removes his medical mask, which hides a mouth with sharp teeth. He has his own laboratory and his own wards, where he experiments on some of the hospital's patients, turning them into various anomalies. He justifies this by saying that he is creating new drugs there. He has many people who can cover for him only because he intimidates them, threatens them, or pays them for silence, so none of the hospital staff knows about his activities. He pretends to be very nice and kind, but in reality, he is impatient, cunning, and quite insidious in order to achieve his goals. Some of his experiments, which he keeps quiet about, are the beige rabbit intern and the Stalker.

THEY ARE NOT HOSPITAL EMPLOYEES, THEY JUST VERY RARELY COME TO THE HOSPITAL!!
Barney is a white fluffy rabbit with a flat leather cap and a short visor, or Kogeans, wears a beige sweater and a leather coat and dark pants, looks quite normal and comes to the hospital to beg for coffee, will be quite friendly if you give him coffee, but secretly is a hidden maniac anomaly, height 1.78 cm.
Rattu is a dark-furred rat, 1.40 cm tall, friendly, he registers as a patient only to occasionally see Sister Rettina, he is having a hard time after she turned into a "Stalker" due to a dangerous secret experiment by Doctor Harlow, so he does not want to talk about it at all.
Stalker - real name Rettina, the same sister of Ratty, she is a thin creature with rat ears, dark fur and long limbs and a wide snow-white smile, she only watches from afar and does not attack, but if she is noticed, she hides behind the wall and disappears, she cannot cook, her height after the experiment is 2.50 cm.
Policeman Duckman, a duck with dark feathers and a yellowish beak, 1.78 cm tall, wears a police uniform with a badge and ID card, is responsible for the safety of the city and is looking for a secretive maniac Barney because of several murders, but also eliminates too active and dangerous anomalies in the city, is extremely serious, attentive and stern, he works in a police station, not in a hospital, but sometimes comes to check if they have Barney.

The patient has empty dark holes instead of eyes, it seems as if they are looking into the soul - visible on the patient's face or in a photo from a camera (a patient without eyes can be cured by performing a death ritual, the patient flies above the bed and you only need to extinguish 5 candles with a red flame and then the patient's eyes will appear).

ANOMALIES DO NOT MUTATE INTO SOME KIND OF CREEPY CREATURES!!
Anomalies manifest as follows: if someone accidentally introduces an anomaly and begins treating them, the patient will begin to behave strangely during the treatment and then suddenly rise from their bed, their mouth splitting open vertically on both sides and becoming much larger, revealing sharp teeth and a long, jagged tongue. After this treatment, they will no longer think clearly. Their infection instincts will take over, compelling the host to find a regular visitor without anomalies or hospital staff and attempt to consume them. Anomalies can also resort to cannibalism against other anomalies if they can't find a staff member or regular patient.
