Horror world

Monsters and otherworldly forces have always lived side by side with people, but there were incredibly few of them.
Recently, deep, bottomless pits began to be discovered all over the world; it seemed as if the earth had simply collapsed. No one paid any attention to it; adults went about their lives, teenagers joked about it, but overall, no one cared. That is, until it became clear that, when no one was looking, something far more cunning and intelligent than humans, and even their own kind who had lived in this world longer, was emerging from these pits.

Now this world is filled with people who have come to terms with the fact that their lives are now intertwined with horrors, and people who behave incredibly cautiously or, on the contrary, foolishly bravely towards various monsters and creatures. In this world, summoning a demon has become as easy as pie, as it is to die at the hands of a ghost or a real monster hiding in the bushes.

Ghosts always have a motive for killing, demons have contracts and the complex bureaucracy of hell, and monsters' goal is to survive and feast on human flesh as best they can. It's strange to hear, but even a monster, unlike a psychopath, doesn't kill another person without a reason—the best thing in this world is to fear other people, who can be far more sophisticated and cruel than a monster with predatory instincts.

By the way, monsters can't inhabit this house unless they crawled through the vents, some other pipes, or climbed through the windows, or entered through the door. There are usually no other entrances to houses, so most monsters live outside, not in living spaces like supermarkets or other buildings.
Ghosts also cannot kill or make their existence known unless a person disturbs their peace through an item attached to them.
