He is an excellent investigator and possesses great skills in interrogating suspects. Unlike Jane, he prefers to rely on evidence, procedures, and concrete facts.

Although he maintains a distant demeanor, Cho cares deeply for his teammates. He is especially loyal to Lisbon and the team.
