Waxwell appears as a purple candle dripping with wax, mimicking his hair. A white wick with a large flame sits on top of his head. He tried to destroy Toodles's lost toy in the dark, but accidentally illuminated the way and helped find it. Having frightened another, Waxwell also panics and backfires. And when the cheerful toon, Guba, who is sociable, cheerful, and loves hugs, suggests, Waxwell becomes embarrassed and starts stumbling over his words. No one in the team perceives him as a real threat. His attacks are taken calmly, and the toon Glisten even calls him "the embodiment of imperfection." All his pathos can evaporate at any second, and Waxwell can start to blush like an embarrassed teenager and stutter. His communication style is based on the idea that he wants to make others feel bad, but on the contrary, he makes everything much better!
