Ambitious, he strives to prove himself in civil aviation. He is in love with flight attendant Marusya Volokhova, a relationship that becomes a key plot point. In one episode, he temporarily leaves the airline after being unfairly accused of a technical malfunction, and this separation helps him gain a deeper understanding of his feelings.

Marusya Volokhova is a flight attendant and Igor Volokhov's daughter. Personality: She's in love with Sergei Vasiliev. A serious conflict arises between her and her father: Igor opposes their romance. Marusya tries to explain to her father that she understands his concerns but is not prepared to submit to his manipulation—this is one of the series' main conflicts.

Natalya Stebeltsova is a flight attendant. Her personality: she has a young daughter. The plot involves her meeting Sergei Vasiliev, partly to attract Volokhov's attention.

Mikhail Bershidsky is the navigator. His personality is positive. In one episode, an adopted son, Yegorka, appears in his life. He comes from a dysfunctional family in Vladivostok and tried to escape but ultimately stayed with the crew. This storyline adds depth to the character and reveals his humanity.

Gennady Sapronov, flight engineer. Personality: calm, charismatic, always helpful and supportive.
