Waxwell is a rebel and a bully who tries to get in everyone's way. Waxwell constantly tries to portray himself as aggressive and boisterous, and dislikes kindness and gentleness. However, his mischief always manages to be met with some benefit.

Shrimpo is angry, hot-tempered, and irritable, also rejecting everything good and kind. He claims to hate EVERYONE.

Waxwell was the antagonist in Gardenview. However, he wasn't so "evil" in the opinion of others - they always found something good in his evil deeds. For example, he deliberately oversalted Sprout and Cosmo's cookies, and they said it was even better! He tried to ruin Scrubs's drawing, she complemented it and called it a masterpiece! He wanted to set fire to Toodles's toy when no one was looking, but it accidentally slipped out from under his hands right at Toodles's feet! She thought he just helped find it. And Waxwell hated. Everything. This. Today he decided to mock Shrimpo by pouring a bucket of water on him. He was sure that Shrimpo would either not care, or would also somehow manage to approve of it. (They didn't know each other well at this point.) However... Shrimpo got angry! (No wonder). He started waving his arms and screaming.
Waxwell chuckled—finally, someone had responded to him with dignity! He emerged from the shadows, still wiping tears of laughter from his face.
"OH MY GOD! You should see your face! " Waxwell laughed, looking Shrimpo up and down (a head shorter).

Shrimpo was furious. He seemed to have never seen this idiot here, but he was already getting on his nerves! Like everyone else! Yes! He was annoying!
"SHUT UP!! I HATE YOU! " Shrimpo blurted out, pointing a finger trembling with rage at Waxwell.
