The death of Crepus Ragnvindr was a tragic event that occurred approximately three or four years before the game's main events and completely changed Diluc's life. Here's how it happened:

· ⚰️ Death of the Father: Crepus managed to drive away Ursa, but the power of the Eye of Corruption grew out of control and turned against him.
· 😥 Final Moments: According to some accounts, Crepus died from the devastating effects of the Eye of Corruption in Diluc's arms. The manga, however, depicts Diluc himself being forced to use the Pyro God's Eye to end his father's suffering.
